Octo and Squids

If there is a cockroach in the house, it's probably an infestation. But however, there are cockroaches who are part octopus and human. These small hybrids are called Inkroaches.

These little bugs are a few inches tall. They have black legs, black wings, long thin noses, and antennae with claw pinchers on the tip. Their hair is completely slippery and weird like tentacles. Some of them don't even talk but only a physic Yokai can understand what they are thinking by using Telepathy.

There are at least four of them.

Squid roaches have a black marking resembling a mask around their eyes, claws on their antennae and polish wood like skin. They possess pointed teeth similar in shape to a squid's beak. Their squid form resembles a brightly-colored cephalopod the same color as the "hair" with two long clubbed tentacles, four shorter tentacles, and two large eyes that seem to be joined. Their spoken language is composed of high-pitched gurgling and creature noises. The Squid roaches live on the surface. They are curious, fun and adventurous little beings. They live in the ocean based bug city where they live.

Octo roaches have black markings around their eyes, with both genders having two sharp edges and a thicker underline. They do not have their markings connected over the middle, having it separated compared to Inklings. Their teeth are also different, having one sharp end tooth on their left side on the top, and another sharp tooth on the right side on the bottom. Their hair is also different with the tentacles that are on it. Their voices are very low and they speak the same creature noise. There was this bag on their backs, if they get splatted by an enemy, the balloon-like sack on the bags will inflate and burst causing the octo roach to faint. They live underground in an old factory. Unlike the Squid roaches, they are quite mischievous and troublemaking.

The third species is different from the normal variety. Normal Octo roaches, passed under a machine, will immediately become black-eyed with a blue body. Simultaneously, they'll lose all their memories in a terrible spectacle. That must have happened by some accident. They are blue & teal colored, with their suckers present on the teal side of their bodies, googly teal and black eyes, neon green lips, and tiny legs in black boots. Their voices sound more digital and compressed and when splatted. They briefly leave glowing blue pixels and glitch-like squares. Unlike Octo Roaches, they have no memory of who they are and they are more serious than serving their boss.

The fourth one is actually Fuzzy looking cephalopod roaches from cave times. The Fuzzy roaches have hair made out of fuzzy tentacled hair and have fang teeth sticking out of their mouth. They don't walk upright, but they can walk on all fours like a monkey. They don't speak like the roaches said, but they can communicate by gibberish.

The Inkroaches are born when a mutagen mutated them into a half squid and half roach species. They were separated by two groups: Octo roaches and Squid roaches. The octo and squid roaches had gone to war for a long everlasting battle. The squids had won, and the octopus roaches went deep underground, never allowed to get to the surface.

After so many years, they didn't get close or near each other. They were separated. They do turf battles separately, they often visit play in the gutters. They made the city called Coralpolis, an underwater themed bug like city where the species of any sea bug lives.

Usually, the relationship of a couple can match together. But there was only one rule: Octo and squid don't mix because they are different species so they chose to breed with a kind just like their own. However, there are two groups of roaches that met that would change everything.

Miyuki, a gum chewing, blueberry turning, rookie, Fumi, the shy, naive brainiac, and Millie, the kindest member, are three sisters who live in the upper world not too long ago. When they were kids, Miyuki wondered what was outside their sewer. But Fumi said that no inkling had ever survived out there. Out of curiosity, they went to the human world and had been living up there ever since.

The Squid sisters enjoy going on adventures in the human world and discovering many new creatures along with them to gain tiny mutagen bubbles that allow their ink to become powerful.

Usually, the Octo Brothers, Joey, the leader, Marky the flirter, and Dee Dee, the glutton, cause mischief around the people and cause a lot of mayhem. One day, they ran over to a sanitized octo roach which fired its ink knife right into Joey's right eye. His eye healed but he now has a scar across his head and cheek and his yellow eye turned into an evil pink. To prevent this from happening, he has now been given a Japanese eye patch on his right eye so it won't freak others out.

After the adventures they had, Miyuki and the sisters ran into the Octo brothers. Fumi, Marky, Dee Dee and Millie fell in love. All except Joey and Miyuki who became bitter friends. But however, the two teams started to get along whenever they splat each other or caused mischief to humans.

That was when the race between the three species fought together to claim their turf.
