Kenma's POV
I hear the door open letting me know m/n's home. I hide the test behind me.

"Why would I be mad? The love of my life is carrying my pup" he said as he got on his knees and lifted my shirt up and kissed my stomach.

"I love you too m/n" he kissed me again. I don't know why I was worried. I know m/n would never leave me. I'm happy to carry our pup.

Timeskip
"I HATE YOU M/N L/N!!" Kenma yelled as he was pushing as the doctor told him when to.
"I'm sorry kitten" m/n said trying to calm Kenma down as the omega was squeezing his hand so hard he might have broken it.
"You are never fucking me again!"
Kenma had gone into labor and is now giving birth to their twins, yes twins.
"Ok Mr. L/n one more big push" the doctor said to the omega Kenma did as he was told.
"Here is baby number one,'' announced the doctor. Soon the cries of the infant were heard, then the nurse took him away to get clean.
"Ok time for the last one mr.L/n"
"Hurry up and get him out" yelled Kenma as he squeezed m/n's hand even more. After a few more pushes the second baby was born but he has not cried.
"Why isn't he crying?Is something wrong?" panicked Kenma as he tried to sit up all of sudden a loud cry was heard. The baby alerted everyone and calmed Kenma down.
Timeskip
After the babies were cleaned and brought back into the room. Kenma went to sleep m/n was left with the twins who they named Rindou L/n and Ran L/n.

m/n's POV
As Kenma slept I watched over the boys. I'm so happy to have started my family with Kenma. A knock came from the door it opened to show the idiot duo and Akaashi.
"Shh Kenma's asleep" I told them as they walked in knowing Bokuto was about to go "HEY HEY HEY" like he always did.
"Hey, how are they?" asked Kuroo.
"Good"
"What's their name?" asked Bokuto.
"Rindou and Ran"
"Why are you two here?" Kenma said as he sat up.
"Ahh!" Yelled the duo as they got scared by Kenma.
After some talking the three left as it was time for Kenma to feed the boys as he did. I couldn't help but smile at him.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" he asked.
"I'm so happy to have you in my life Kenma L/n" I gave him a kiss.
