Diwali Preparations

Purvi, Aaradhya and Swamini were busy preparing Diwali sweets. Swamini was finding everything mesmerising. So many different kinds of sweets and other Diwali dishes. She didn't even know many of them. Aaradhya was instructing them and Purvi and Swamini were following.

Ridhi was excited to prepare all the dishes but as soon as Amit started frying ghujiyas she started feeling nauseous. It was as if her pregnancy nausea kicked in and she started vomiting. Even drinking water made her nauseous.

Ruturaj called Abhimanyu and asked him if they can go out to meet doctor. Abhimanyu got angry that he was asking for such permission and didn't take her to doctor immediately.

So after this everyone understood that they can go out if they have emergency. Real or fake!

Amit made ghujiyas and his back started aching. He gave this reason and excused himself. Now he was poking everyone whilst they did their own works.

"Sirf ghujiya banake bhaag gaya hai wo" Purvi said "Usko wapis leke aati hoo main don't worry"

"Ghujiya mast banayi hai par bhauji ne" Aaradhya praised.

"Aapne bhi sab accha hai banaya hai Vahini Saheb" Swamini said "Kaise kar leti hai aap?"

Aaradhya chuckled "Practice se sab thik ho jata hai"

"Waise main ek baat pucchna chahti thi" Purvi said "Aap itni acchi doctor hai toh aapne yeh decision kaise le liya ki sab chhod ke Bhaiyya Saheb se shaadi karni hai? Kyu ki aap janti thi ki unki alag alag jagah posting hoti rehti hai toh na ek clinic hamesha rahega na koi job.."

Aaradhya's smile turned into frown. She gasped a little and looked down. Purvi and Swamini looked at each other.

" Maine itna socha hi nahi tha" Aaradhya told "Gharwalo ne bataya ki shadi kar lo toh maine ladka dekha.. Saheb mujhe pasand aaye toh maine shaadi kar li"

"Toh matlab aapne career ke bareme seriously nahi socha tha?" Purvi asked.

"Shayad" Aaradhya said "Mera career ka idea matlab bahot bade hospital me job karna types nahi tha.. Main pehle se maanti hoo ki mera profession logoki madad karne wala hai.. Usko paise me ya so called career ki kamyabi ki najar se nahi dekha ja sakta.. Saheb logoki madad karte hai apne tarike se aur main bhi unhi logoki madad karti hoo apne alag tarike se. Isliye unke sath alag jagah pe jana pasand hai mujhe"

"How sweet" Purvi smiled.

"Swamini ne kya socha hai apne career ke bareme?" Aaradhya asked "Sumedh ko join ho jaogi na bas? Ya kuch aur?"

"Pata nahi.. Abhi tak kuch socha nahi hai" Swamini answered.

"Waise tum kaise Sumedh bhauji se mili ho? Like age me toh chhoti lagti ho unse" Purvi asked.

Swamini became alert.

"Haan.. Kaise mile tum log? Puri story batao" Aaradhya asked.

"Main.. Main school me thi unke sath.. I mean unki junior thi" Swamini had to stick to Sumedh's ridiculous story "Phir baad me hum mile kuch saal baad.."

Aaradhya and Purvi were still looking at her.

"Aagey?" Aaradhya asked.

"Matlab?" Swamini asked.

"Aagey kya hua?" Purvi asked.

"Kuch nahi.. We were in relationship for two years.. Phir shaadi kar li" Swamini said.

"Bas?" Purvi asked "Hamne bola tha details batao"

"Haan Swamini.. Yeh outlined story pata hai hame" Aaradhya said.
