2nd update Sunday

Purvi was the last person to come out of room. It was 10 am and yet her eyes were looking heavy.

"Lagta hai Vahini ko jaldi uthne ki aadat nahi hai jaisi Amit ko hai" Sumedh said.

"Nahi. Mujhse nahi hota.. Amit toh bahot jaldi uth jata hai" Purvi said.

"Maine isko kai baar bola hai early to bed, early to rise makes the man healthy, wealthy and wise" Amit said.

"But I am a woman so I ignored" Purvi said.

Ridhi laughed loudly "Good one"

"Yeh acchi jodi hai in dono ki" Prithviraj said "Baatein karne me ekdum maahir"

"Jaisi aapki aur Vahini Saheb ki" Amit said "Jid pe ade rehne me maahir"

"Aur jaise Ridhi aur Daaji ki" Aaradhya said "Ek dusre ki galatiya cover up karne me maahir"

"Wo toh bas Daaji cover up karte rehte hai" Amit said "Matlab unko karna hi padta hai baar baar"

"Thappad marungi" Ridhi threatened.

"Bachpan se maine tumhare itne thappad khaye hai didi ki ab mere right gaal pe kuch bhi feel nahi hota" Amit said "Ask Purvi"

"Amit aur Amit ki jodi" Sumedh said "Galat baatein, double meaning baatein, bakwas baatein, useless baatein.. Isko kisi aur ki jaroorat nahi yeh akela hi hai jodi me"

Everyone laughed.

"Kisine Sumedh aur Swamini Vahini ke bareme bola hi nahi" Amit reminded.

"Abhi ka toh pata nahi par aisa lagta hai ki future me logoke divorce karwane wali jodi banegi yeh" Prithviraj said.

"Bas apne khud ke ghar me chhod ke bahar kahi bhi scope dhoond lena iss baat ke liye" Ridhi said.

Swamini laughed. Sumedh looked at her. She was now more comfortable around everyone. She talked to them. She reacted freely.

For Swamini this family was like a dream come true. Of course they were imperfect but still they were together. She was noticing that everyone was slowly coming around the fact that they were now a joint family.

"Dada" Rudransh looked at Sumedh "Tumne mere sath games dekhi hi nahi aur dusre room me games nahi hai. Kaha hai wo?"

Sumedh stopped eating. Everyone was now looking at him and were expecting an answer.

"Mere pas video games nahi hai" Sumedh said with straight face "Kyu ki main ab nahi khelta"

"Toh hum wapis khelne lag jate hai na.. Ab main bahot acche se khelta hoo" Rudransh said in excitement "Main tumhe bhi hara sakta hoo.. Har game me main jeet jaunga aur tumhe hara doonga"

Sumedh heard this and suddenly stood up "I am not interested" He said and left.

Rudransh was looking confused. Sumedh had thought that Rudransh was a kid so he wouldn't notice but it wasn't true.

Ridhi looked at him leaving and felt a knot in her stomach. Something was definitely wrong! Her mind started connecting dots of how Sumedh's behavior was changed when he saw Rudransh this time. He never behaved like that with Rudransh.

Sumedh came out in garden. His heart was beating fast. Who would've thought that hating someone was so hard! He felt anxious and sat down on lawn.

Swamini came out and saw him. She sat beside him but didn't say anything. Sumedh was also quiet. They just sat there under warm sun of November month. Everything was so silent that Swamini could hear his heart beating.
