Afterwards, Casey realized that they changed the future because they have the key. But the others have lost their mystic magic except for one.

Shira is the only one who still had her mystic water power because her crystal had blocked the alien's attack. Nebula realized that this crystal was part of a giant crystal called the Crystal of Darkness, a gem that only a songstress can start an invasion. It can only be restored if the crystal brings back the light in the Crystal of Light. The twin aliens then noticed that Shira wasn't ordinary: She was half Krang, an Ogima. An alien bubble which was her kind fell on earth and landed on Shira when she was a baby. Now that Shira's true alien nature is revealed, Leo promised Reika that he is gonna save Raph for her. And with that, Leo and his siblings, Casey and their new friends had to find him.

Meanwhile, It seems Isora and the others weren't the only ones involved. One of the strange glowing lights caused the Kumandra map to split and was blown away. The four bugs began to search, only to run into the normal inkling and octoling roaches.

On Roach Team 1, Miyuki, Dee Dee and Marky were chased by the sanitized roaches until they had escaped. Miyuki had achieved the first half of the map that includes Tail and Talon. The inkling and octo brothers encounter a living rabbit monster doll that tried to attack them but they managed to fight it off. Later, they encountered a yellow glowing Breezie named Chipzie. Miyuki decided to keep her, before the group encountered the Turtles.

To their surprise, Donnie and Tomoka can hear the roaches speak using telepathy, only for them to understand only by each gender: Tomoka can talk to Miyuki while Donnie can talk to Marky and Dee Dee. The three bugs decided that they could help destroy the key if they could find a way to get rid of it.

As they search for Raph, they are ambushed by a giant branch monster. Manako and Shira decided to go after and find an evilized Celebi. The two girls began to battle the Druun vines that were attached to Celebi and managed to save it.

As soon as they got out safely, they realized that Celebi had already died. Pavi told them the story about Celebi. The people in the past and present have been sending other Celebi to look for tears to heal the sick. However, none of them have come back. She said that Celebi is the last one.

Figuring a way to save Celebi, Shira and the others used Tomoka's Gleam and Glow flower to revive Celebi in the bio gardens. The evilized body withered away, transforming Celebi into a queen form. With the young fairy revived, the others knew they needed more Celebi folk to revive and Pavi borrowed some of the seeds that the Celebi were born from into her bag. Soon, they continued on their way.

During their trip, Casey explained to the Turtles that they are incredible. Leo's future self was able to free people from krang labor camps, Shira is a healing mermaid, Donnie's future self has the most brilliant mind, Tomoka is the mother of the universe and Mikey and Manako was the most powerful mystic warriors that can create a gateway portal which brought Casey back in time. As soon as they arrived, they realized that the Krang had already taken control of the tower's subway.

On Roach Team 2, Joey, Fumi and Millie are trying to find a way to revive people back to life thanks to Fumiko's inventions that she made. Soon, Joey encountered the second half of Kumandra that contains Spine, Heart and Fang. Millie is worried that the Druun, Krang and monstrous bugs will attack but Joey leads them to meet up with the other teams. As they travel along, they suddenly sense that a sand jellyfish krang is in the sand and try to attack them. Lucky for them, they managed to destroy it and later came to a resting point. Wuju started to fall in love with Fumi but Marky loves her too. They started to battle each other until Wuju suddenly grabbed Fumi's ponytail and flinged her around until she was flown right into the air.
