Rose,
You are not worthless if you don't do something "perfect"
Your success is not any more valuable
You deserve love, regardless
Give yourself a break once in a while
Even though it might be the hardest thing you could ever do
Stop.
Put on your headphones,
and let your taste
roll your tongue into relief
from striving to be the best
at everything
and remember, it's okay to let yourself feel.
Breathe.
