Cotton Candy lilac sky
Dull pink moonlit night
Easy on the eyes.
Soft Metal
making love to my eardrums
Wind breezing past my lips
Grass beneath my spine
Rain droplets sprinkling slowly
-and my mind is smiling
at the thought
of You.
If only you could be lying here;
next to me
So I could share this
But the space around me is left open
And always will be.
