Catch You When You Fall

"Duncan," (Y/n) mumbled as she watched her boyfriend flew away towards the peak of the mountain. Before she could continue to think about what he had in mind, she flinched when she heard Margaret yelled, "Belloc!"

She turned around to see Margaret standing there at the edge of the cliffs and gasped when she saw that both Abaddon and Astaroth was getting back up and has turned their attention to Margaret. "Margaret!!!" she yelled as she tried to reach out to Margaret, pushing her legs to run towards her as best as she could, but she was too late. Astaroth grinned evilly as he grabbed Margaret swiftly in his hand just before (Y/n) could reach her.

"NO!!" The (h/c) haired girl yelled out in despair, cursing herself for not making it on time. But, of course, it wasn't only her attention whose was captured as soon as Astaroth grabbed Margaret in his hand.

Belloc's glowing amber eyes widened with rage as he immediately got up and headed towards Astaroth while Margaret screamed as Astaroth lifted her off the ground. (Y/n) grunted as she swiftly grabbed the gun Margaret dropped and started shooting right at Astaroth's wrist, trying to make him let go of Margaret even if it's to no avail.

Belloc roared as he roughly grabbed onto Astaroth's wrist with an iron grip, which caused Astaroth to let go of Margaret and threw her into the air.

He wasted no time  and immediately reach up to take Margaret in his hand, holding her tight while still being be careful not to crush her with his strength.

Astaroth struggled to break his hand free from Belloc's painful iron grip, undoubtedly failing to do so as Belloc growled and bit onto his arm, causing Astaroth to roar out in pain. (Y/n) watched as she watched Belloc held Margaret aside, preventing her from getting injured as he continued his battle with the two Kaiju brothers who betrayed him. Then, she gasped when she saw Abaddon suddenly beside Belloc as he tried to grab a hold of Belloc's hand that was holding Margaret. "Oh no, you don't," she mumbled to herself as she aimed the gun at Abaddon's face and started firing again while being careful not to hit Margaret as Belloc tried his best to shake Abaddon off without hurting Margaret.

Whatever you are about to do, please hurry, Duncan.

Meanwhile,

Duncan finally reached to the peak of the mountain where it was covered by thick layers of snow. The fire in his chest started to burn a little brighter as Duncan breathed heavily before he started breathing fire at a random spot on the snow. He continued to breathe fire at that one spot continuously until all the snow started to fall, gradually starting an avalanche. Duncan turned around and immediately started flying back to where (Y/n) and his parents were as fast as he can while a massive waves of snow followed right on his tail.

Soon, he started to reach back to the battlegrounds where he could see his father firmly biting onto Astaroth's hand while slapping Abaddon off of his hand where he was holding Margaret. "Dad! Get mom!" Duncan yelled as he flapped his wings harder and flew faster.

(Y/n) turned around as the ground started to shake below her feet and her eyes widened when she saw a huge mass of snow falling down the mountainside rapidly and was coming in their way. She gasped as she took a step back in fear, but there was no place to run. The avalanche started approaching even more faster and closer as the ground started to shake even more violently. "(Y/n)!" she heard him yelled her name as she turned back around and her eyes met with Duncan's yellowish amber eyes. "Duncan!" she called out, watching Duncan flied his way towards her with his hand reached out towards her. But just as Duncan was about to reach towards where she was, the ground beneath her collapsed and (Y/n) screamed as she started to fall, "Uhh! Aahh!!"

Before she could think of anything else in fear, (Y/n) felt a familiar pairs of arms caught her and the next second she found herself firmly held in Duncan's arms before both of them got covered by the massive waves of snow above. Abaddon, Astaroth and Belloc finally looked up and saw the huge massive waves of snow, but it was too late as they all got pushed off the cliffs by the avalanche and dragged down along with the snow until it reached to the bottom of the mountain and the avalanche finally came to an end slowly.
