Okay,first off,this is nasty,gross,and if anyone younger than 13 reading this need to pay attention to this because when you get into middle school and high school this will help you.
As everyone knows,bathrooms are germy and unsanitary.
You don't want to do the frickle frackle in the bathroom,unless you are so unsanitary to the point that you-

I mean people take craps in the TOILET
People pick their butts and flush the toilet and THEN touch the sink faucet to wash their butthole hands.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that you don't want to walk into a bathroom to pee and see four legs on the ground and hear people doing the FRICKLE FRACKLE!
