Mallory is now internally screaming, while doing his best to maintain a calm exterior. "Gentlemen, to be frank with all of you, we are fucked." says Mallory. The two other men nod. Afterwards, Mallory gets up from his chair. "I believe we must inform his Highness of our findings." "I just need to prepare something quickly."
[timeskip to later, because i am not about to make all of you read all of that shit. im pretty sure you came here to watch the new world union kick ass, and not read too many long ahh sections of enemy nations and other miscellaneous stuff but do tell if you want more sections dedicated to enemy nations and not just the NWU]
"This is impossible utter nonsense! Minister Mallory, are you fully sure of the credibility of your intelligence officers?" "Yes your Highness. And I have proof that what they say is correct." The entire court erupts into surprise, from facial gestures, murmuring, and straight gasping. The Emperor, intrigued, speaks. "Minister, show us your proof." "Yes, your Highness." Mallory pulls out a New World Union-made PDA, and activates a hologram mode.
The Emperor and the officials, knowing the New World Union is somewhat technologically advanced, deduce that the PDA is some sort of technology from their land. A translucent popup is visible, which then becomes circular, as Mallory searches 'NWU troop size'.
Many sources show up, and all of them bring up the same number, 19 octovigintillion, though with other sources providing more precise numbers. An almost single universal gasp emerges from court officials and the Emperor himself, the piece of info shattering their belief of Balingian superiority. As soon as this happens, all in the room hear a strange voice coming from the PDA. "Gender reveal! It's a-" once the message was cut off, the PDA violently exploded, which took out everyone in the room except for Mallory, who was knocked unconscious.

Royal MoD Mallory
Ruined Palace
Portsford, Balingian Empire
Mallory wakes up a few hours after the PDA-bomb exploded. He looks around and miraculously finds himself unharmed, believing it to be the providence of the gods. He mutters a prayer while getting up from the ruined throne room, and due to the throne room's elevated position at the top of the palace, and the palace being situated on top of a mountain, not mentioning a giant gaping hole in the wall, he is able to see the rest of the city.
The sky seemed to be on fire, the city's massive natural oil deposits, better known by its' residents as the city's black gold reserves, were burning, and their surrounding machinery released vantablack plumes into the sky. Black and white shapes darted in and out of Mallory's vision, seeming to be far off in the distance.
Occasionally, blue beams erupted from these flying black and white shapes, causing whatever they hit to burn, explode, be entirely annihilated, or all of the above. At the edge of his peripheral vision, several different shapes are visible on the ground outside of the city. Rushing to the conveniently placed observatory nearby, he grabs a small telescope on the wall, returning to where he was.
He looks through it, seeing unmistakably New World Union-made armored vehicles driving at incredible speeds towards the city. Looking up, he sees a white shape, now known as a New World Union F-51 aircraft, flying straight towards him at a decreased speed compared to its fellow aircraft. 105mm rounds race towards Mallory's exact position, and bro got absolutely DISINTEGRATED, like bro just went 🤯 🤯 🤯 💀 💀 💀 💀

Ardalk Base
Ardalk, Balingian Empire
APCs and tanks, with a high concentration of P55M12s, M46A5s, and M93A3s in particular, race towards the ruined Ardalk Base, the resident Balingian military base designated for guarding the city of Ardalk. These tanks begin blasting the remains of the base with cannons and autocannons, collapsing any masonry left with incredible efficacy.
Any stragglers are cut down by the advancing vehicles' autocannons, as most of them proceed forward, except for a small group that breaks off and heads to their right, towards the very nearby city of Ardalk. Very loud screams come from within the city, evident of the enemies' fright upon contact with the breakaway vehicles.
A few miles inland, the land turns from coastal grasslands and estuaries at Ardalk into flat, dry, desert plains, dotted by oases. The vehicles, traveling in convoy formations, begin reaching the closest the roads will bring them to their strategic route; and the vehicles begin switching formations to cut across the sands.
Monolith battlestations, having been freshly teleported in, began to form up with the other armored vehicles, after which the vehicles begin to accelerate to very high speeds. The vehicles zoom across the desert at 300 mp/h, kicking up sandstorms' worth of dust and sand, leaving visible streaks across the desert.
Soon though, the 12th Division begins to arrive at the plains north of Slirea, a southern inland city which still possesses close proximity to the ocean. 12th Division-attached air assets began to detect signs of enemy forces, which soon accomplish their preparation for battle.
"We got enemy ground forces incoming, fellas. 'Hundred klicks." an IC-41 controller says, and a Monolith controller replies with "Rog', guns up." Every vehicle there that had weapons had them activated at that order, and soon, artillery controllers flashed a request for permission to fire. The answer came in nanoseconds, saying "Roger. Fire at will."
Many different kinds of artillery fired at once, with portals launching hybrid projectiles, missiles and rockets launching into the air and screaming over the horizon, and photonplasma-converted tanks launching photonplasma skyward, which all converge onto the enemy.
An incredibly onesided battle begins, if it can even be called that, as thousands of projectiles and missiles rain down on the enemy. The Balingians, with no air defenses, CRAM, or other systems are completely unable to respond to the volley of destruction about to crash into them, and so faced total annihilation. Balingians attempted to take cover in dugouts, buildings, and tents in a futile attempt to avoid the falling munitions.
The Balingians took 100% casualties in the first land battle of the war.
