Kita ran towards the bed where Osamu lay, red marks all over him
"He's not breathing" Kita said
"Atsumu what the hell have you done!" Suna shouted, making a b-line towards him
"He attacked me I swear!" Atsumu panicked
"So you admit it!" Suna shouted, swinging his fist into his face
Atsumu stumbled back before clutching his cheek in pain
"No, I didn't mean to, he came at me first"
"Atsumu.." Kita started
"Oh no, please no Kita" Atsumu quivered
"...For breaking the terms of our agreement, death is the only way this can be sorted. For your sake, I hope it's quick" Kita finished
"No Kita, no, I'm telling you, I didn't want to kill him! Osamu started attacking me from nowhere I promise you! I wouldn't want to give up (y/n) because of our terms so quickly"
"There's no questioning it, you killed Atsumu" Kuroo frowned before turning to Daichi and Sakusa and nodding
The two of them made their way towards Atsumu and picked him up. He struggled in their arms, kicking and thrashing, begging Kita to spare him and hear him out once more, but Kita only looked away and dismissed him.
Then Atsumu looked towards you, "(y/n) please don't let them do this"
The whole time you were staring in utter shock at the entire situation
You looked towards Atsumu, tears in your eyes
"Kita please, please spare him"
"He broke the rules, and as per our collective agreement, he must die, otherwise more of us could be in trouble. He betrayed us and most of all his brother, say good bye quickly, we're not showing mercy"
You ran towards Atsumu and hugged him tightly as he remained restrained in Daichi and Sakusa's arms
He leaned closer tears streaming down both of your faces and pressed his lips against you hard, you accepted and continued the kiss for a few more seconds before he was yanked away
"I love you (y/n)" he cried before giving you a smile
You just burst out in more tears as you watched him get taken out of sight
"(Y/n) you must understand he murdered a part of us" Ushijima softly spoken as he stroked your back
"B-but... I know"
"Hey it's okay, come here" he picked you up and carried you to your room, he lay you on your bed and you both stayed there together for the rest of the morning as he stroked your head
- Time skip -
It was lunch time now, so you decided to head down
You tried to sit up, but something heavy was weighing you down. You turn your head to see Ushijima's face right next to yours, a little drool in the corner of his mouth and the thing weighing you down was his arm. How could you get up now, how could someone do big and strong look so cute. You snuggled back down into his chest and fell back asleep in a few minutes

You woke up once again and it was 8pm
You turned your head and saw that Ushijima was already awake
