"GOOD MORNING! I brought you breakfast! " Mia happily chirps.

My eyes clutter open as I still fill that uncomfortable feeling between my legs. Did I seriously just have a wet dream?

She plops a platter of breakfast items onto my lap, looking satisfied.

"What's with the happy mood you got going on there? You're scaring me, " I raise an eyebrow cautiously.

"I wanna buy a purse-"

"No."

"Why not? "

"Because I said so. You interrupted my dream anyways, it was such a good one, " I complain.

"Was it about Rafe? " she grins.

"No-"

"Oh my god, you so had sex with him in the dream, didn't you? " she says as if she is a mind reader.

"I bet it was good if it was about that, " Rafe appears leaning smugly against my door frame.

I smack my face in pure annoyance, grumbling to myself about how I was gonna murder them and throw them into an ocean in a second.

"Cmon, baby. Don't be shy. I know you like it when I-"

"Nope. Stop. Shut up, " I breathe.

"Why? You love it-"

"Go to hell, Rafe, " I hiss.

"Aww, I was hoping I'd be getting a Christmas card instead, " he pouts pettily, sneering.

"You wanna present? How about a finger? " I flip him off.

"Fine, then. Take your goddamn juice then. Last time I'll ever make you breakfast, " he growls, stomping out of the room quite quickly before I can say anything.

"He... Made this? " I query, looking at Mia who sat on the edge of my feet, picking at her nail beds.

"Mhm. Made me do it so he didn't look like a nerd. He still did, " she rolls her eyes.

He... Made me food.

But why?

We hadn't really talked about yesterday. After he got rid of Sarah, he came into my room and told me he was sorry about it ending so abruptly before kissing my forehead and leaving again.

He brought in two mugs of hot chocolate, and we just sat in a comfortable silence. We were so tired of fighting and just needed a break from it all.

I thought we fell asleep to get her last night, because last thing I remember is his arms behind wrapped around my waist while murmuring how pretty I was.
