Part 2: We Don't Negotiate With Terrorists

He equipped his gear, summoned from his personal pocket dimension, which consisted of an M5A7 chambered in .57, two FASDMPs, an AAMR-99A3, and a TEAAML-12A2, after which he then summoned his M150A9 and zoomed over to the terrorist gunmen's location. (i told you that you should have the guidebook out teehee) 

Several Lesospian squads formed a perimeter around the gunmen's location, even with several male landship-style tanks forming the meat of the perimeter's strength. Shortly after, the Shadow arrived. "Hey! You our new ally?" asked one of the Lesospians. The Shadow simply nodded, and zoomed past the blockade.

The gunmen would soon come to regret the day they decided to carry out this raid for their country, as the Shadow quickly killed one of them with the PLLMGs mounted on his M150A9 as he drove in. Quickdrawing his TEAAML, he killed another who was hidden behind a bench, completely DELETING the man from existence.

The two remaining gunmen ran away and through the Zaion Premiere Resort building, quickly racing up the stairs and reaching the 20th top floor, shooting civilians as they passed. The Shadow pursued, and quickly caught up to the gunmen, though not after evacuating some civilians. Lesospian soldiers surrounded the building as the Shadow reached the roof and cornered the two gunmen, and as the gunmen attempted to leap to their deaths, the Shadow threw an M108/G(ravity) grenade, forcing the gunmen to be pulled towards the grenade.

The Shadow then shot their firearms as they were immobilized by the M108/G, and the Shadow then scanned them, revealing patches on their bodies. It revealed that these 'terrorists' were, in fact, Balingian operatives, attempting to pioneer a new kind of black op. Well, a new kind of black op to Thuia at least.

The individual now known as the Shadow entered the lobby, as the clear glass-like crystal doors disappeared to allow him to pass. A blue pop-up appeared from his view, noting the Shadow was being scanned. He was scanned with a satisfying ping at the end, indicating a successful scan. Afterwards, the Shadow then boarded an elevator. The floor was set to floor Aleph-1, and the Shadow then exited. 

Walking onto the moving sidewalk at the right side of the long corridor visible after exiting the elevator, the Shadow stepped off at a pause, in front of a section, and a floating series of text that read "HR/CD WING". The Shadow then walked down the center of the HR/CD wing, where he was met by two sets of double doors.

One was black, and the other white. The Shadow entered the black door, revealing a decently spacious and comfortable though empty office. At the press of a mental button, the Shadow's mask disintegrated and clothes transformed into that of the EXTF Co-Director, Phantom.

The Shadow, now Phantom, sat down and then opened a screen. Opening a popup on the screen now, Phantom scheduled a meeting with the rest of the top officials and the royals set for December 3, at 0600.

The meeting had finally begun, with everyone attending virtually. They began discussing the events that had occurred the previous day, in Zaion, and Phantom's direct report. "Several gunmen and a bomber attacked the Lesospian capital city of Zaion, inflicting several hundred civilian casualties. I was able to neutralize all of the gunmen; though the bomber ran away-" The report went on for a few more minutes, with a digital and physical version being given to all present.
