Apple Bloom and Starlight were on their way home after Espio left with his newly caught pokemon, Mareep was looking very strong all right, Apple Bloom smile at her Mareep as she took note of her caught pokemon

Eevee her starter pokemon who she met and help protect from her pokemon hating family, Tepig who she save from those bullies, Bedew who help her sneak off to hang out with Espio, Shuppet who help out when the other students were brainwash by the dazzlings, and now her Mareep who she got as a egg from Principal Celestia as an apology gift

Apple Bloom ponder in her mind who was gonna be her 6th pokemon only for Starlight's car to hit some oil on the road and they steer out near a lake, after that happen both Apple Bloom and Starlight exited the car with Apple Bloom recalling her Mareep and Eevee reenter her backpack again

Apple Bloom: "starlight what happen?"

Starlight Glimmer: "i don't know, oil!?" she notice it on the road and investigated it alongside Apple Bloom "this was no accident" Just then she was pounce by Wario from inside the bushes

Apple Bloom: "Starlight!" sensing danger Apple Bloom summon her keyblade and it clash with Ronnie Anne's knife who tried a sneak attack on Apple Bloom "Ronnie Anne!!" she push Ronnie Anne backwards as Wario had Starlight pin down

Ronnie Anne Santiago: (Sarcasm) "nice plan Wario"

Wario: "okay so the oil slip trick didn't kill them, but we got them corner now"

Starlight Glimmer: "ugh for how short you are you weight like billions of pounds fatty"

Wario: "i'm not fat i'm big boned"

Apple Bloom: "let Starlight up big boned freak"

Wario: "not until you surrender and let Ronnie Anne kill you freak you already had Amy, Wallflower Blush, and Calem arrested by this point we are not letting you expose us too"

Ronnie Anne Santiago: "if you try fighting us or escape from us then Starlight will take your place" Apple Bloom was shock by this "so its either you or her that'll die as a message for those trying to expose as criminals"

Apple Bloom was frozen she didn't want to lose Starlight who was still struggling to get up from Wario's weight to no avail, but she didn't want to die either

Starlight Glimmer: "don't worry about me Apple Bloom you must stop these freaks, run!!! save yourself!!" Apple Bloom was in tears pondering on what to do as she knew how sad Silver will be if she came home without Starlight, Eevee poke her head out of her backpack hesitating on attacking thinking they're killing Starlight if she tries something, As she was about to to risk her life over Starlights a splash noise was heard

As both Ronnie Anne and Wario begin snickering over what they think will be their victory only for a pokemon to come out of the water and whack Wario with a flail attack and then Ronnie Anne soon got hit which allow Starlight to get up from Wario

Starlight angry grab Wario and send him flying across the lake, Ronnie Anne was shock by this to which Apple Bloom decided now was good to attack 

Apple Bloom: "eevee use iron tail" Eevee charge at Ronnie Anne and strike her hard with iron tail before she open her mouth in rage and a familiar purple sphere ball was shown coming from its mouth "is that?" shaking off her shock she decided to try out her pokemon's new move "Eevee use Shadow Ball!"

Eevee let out her newly learn Shadow Ball and it explode at Ronnie Anne sending across the lake landing near where Wario was, both bullies got up after recovering from their impacts

One glare from both girls however forced the two remaining bullies to retreat, after that happen the lake splash and a fish head pop out revealing the savor was a Feebas to the girls shock

Apple Bloom: "who's that pokemon?" she pull out her pokedex to scan the new pokemon

Apple Bloom's Pokedex: "Feebas the Water type, They look ragged, so no one catches them. They look like they'd taste bad, so predators won't eat them. And their numbers continue to grow." Feebas flop up and down from the water looking excited and Eevee approach the lake to speak with it as Starlight observe and guess what they were saying 

Starlight Glimmer: "i think Feebas wants to be your pokemon Apple Bloom"

Apple Bloom: "mine? but why?"

Starlight Glimmer: "i guess it saw how hesitated you were of leaving me and approaching it realize how much you risk your life for me it decided you are brave for it"

Apple Bloom smiled and toss a pokeball into the air as Feebas jump up high and enter the ball allowing itself to be caught, Apple Bloom caught the pokeball and smile excited in joy

Apple Bloom: "this makes it my 6th pokemon ever!!" eevee cheer alonside her trainer as Starlight watch smiling feeling proud how far Apple Bloom is growing up as the two headed on back to the car now that the threat earlier was dealt with for now
