Chapter 33: Grale

Grale wakes up to the lights coming from his white curtains. The first thing he did was to check the time on his phone, iIt's five minutes before nine in the morning. He stretched his body for one last time before arching his body up. And as if on cue, his phone rings.

Cora Calling...

Rolling his eyes, he pressed for the answered button. "I'm already awake, Cora."

"Oh wala pa akong sinasabi, ba't ka galit?"

He rolled his eyes again and just stood. "Should I start now? Here in my room?"

"Oo diyan sa kwarto mo. A day in your morning lang naman 'yan kaya madali na 'yan sayo."

He nodded. "Got it. Bye, Cora. See you later."

Doon nagtapos ang tawag nila. Pinatay niya tapos ay mabilis na inayos ang buhok at ch-in-eck ang sarili sa maliit na salamin sa kanyang bedside table. He has to do a live show on his social media account for a few minutes or an hour like what he promised his fans a week ago.

Kaya pinindot niya na ang live button at nakangiting kumaway sa kanyang screen. Naghintay pa siya ng ilang segundo dahil pinapataas pa niya ang views at nang makitang halose umabot na ito ng isang daang libo ay bumati na siya sa mga ito.

"Good morning, guys!" He waves at the camera. "Just like what I promise to you, I will take you to my morning routines. So, tara na?" He walked towards the CR and positioned his camera in front of him. "There's actually nothing special with my mornings that's why nagtataka talaga ako bakit 'yon ang ni-request niyo sa akin," he chuckled as he washed his face. "Our road tour officially ended at nagpapasalamat ako sa lahat ng pumunta at nanood sa amin ni Elisse. I hope you enjoyed the show as much as we enjoyed it, guys."

Nagpaalam siya saglit sa kanyang mga fans at sinabing magbibihis lang muna siya. Natawa pa siya sa mga naughty comments ng mga ito na mag adonis live show raw siya. His fans are crazy funny but he loves them.

"Today's gonna be the official day of showing our movie and I hope manood kayong lahat," he grinned at the camera as he left his room. "So, yes, right now I'm going downstairs to have my breakfast. I have no helper around and I usually eat outside pero ngayon lulutuan ko kayo," he winked at the camera.

Pero natigilan siya nang may marinig na kilos bago pa man marating ang kusina. Kumunot ang kanyang noo pero nahagip ng kanyang mga mata ang ilang gamit sa isang single sofa.

Grale's lips lifted up. "Guys, I think someone' in my house..." humakbang siya at huminto sa harap ng kusina. His smile turned even wider when he recognized her back. He looked down at his camera. "Let me take back what I said earlier–today is such a special day."

Malaki ang hakbang na ginawa niya papasok ng kusina at mabilis na nilapag, pinosisyon ang camera sa bar island, kung maayos ba ay wala na siyang pakealam.

"Maj, you're here! I freakin' missed you!" He jumped from behind her and automatically wrapped his arms around her waist. Natawa pa siya nang magulat ito at nahampas siya sa dibdib.

"Ginulat mo ako," she was holding her chest, but with a hint of a smile on her face.

His hands ran down till it circled her waist. "I think ako ang dapat magulat since my girlfriend is inside my house, cooking something in my kitchen, when, apparently, she didn't answer my call last night because she told me she was busy and now she's here." Taas ang kanyang kilay.

Lumawak ang ngiti ni Majarlika and damn coz it sent chills straight right into his bones. "Surprise?"

Natatawa na lang niyang niyakap ang nobya at inikot. "You're so full of mystery, my Majarlika, why not just give your boyfriend a kiss now?"
