Chapter 12: Hm an Enemy Knowing What You Have is Not Good is it?

*Cyrus's POV*

"Ugh. I am so bored!" I said while rolling on the floor.

"Uh what are you doing Cyrus?" Mel asked.  (Cyrus decided to invite him over.)

"Rolling on da floor." I said and tugged on Mel's pants.

"Hey wanna practice the song we gotta do?" I asked him.

"Sure. Call Vincent though. I'll get the others." He said and walked out of the room.

"Hm... I guess I have his number..." I said and checked my contacts on my phone.

"Oh! I do have it! But I have no idea how though..." I said and started to call Vincent.

After a few minutes he finally answered.  "Hello?" I heard him say.  "Heya! It's Cyrus. Get to my house with either your guitar or voice." I said and hung up.  I felt my phone buzz an I saw that it was from Vincent.  'Where the fuck is your damn house?!' He texted.  'Um it's like in the forest and you just drive straight through and you'll see my house.' I texted back.  'Da fuck?' He answered and it said he exited out.  After about an hour I was getting impatient.  "God damn it! He takes so fuckin' long!" I shouted and went to the garage and went in my car.  I grabbed my phone from my pocket and started to text him.  'Where the fuck are you?!' I texted and waited for his answer.  'Um I'm by some kind of strange shaped river and some of the water is floating and big enough for someone to walk on it...' He answered.  'Oh! You're in my garden! Stay right there!' I said and ran on the really long path.  After a while I finally saw his sitting figure and I saw he was looking at the river.  "There you are! Now c'mon! We have got to practice for that music shit!" I said while I was walking up to him.  "What the hell is this place?" He asked me.  "Well this is my garden! Now let's go in my house." I said and pulled him down the long pathway.

"How does that river work though?" He asked in wonder.  "Well, there's an awesome sprinkler and it sprays the water neatly." I answered.  "That sounds so stupid. I know it's something else and I'm gonna find out." He said and tried to unlatch my hand from it's vice-like grip on his wrist.  "Oh you are not gonna find out because I already told you how it worked so c'mon!" I yelled and continued to drag him to the back door.  In an instant he was gone.  "What the hell...?" I said and tried to look for him.  I made my vision more advanced with my powers which made my eyes purple, and I searched for him.  "How the fuck is he invisible?" I mumbled.  After a minute of him looking at me he finally faded back to plain eyesight.  "So you have magic too?" He asked while walking towards me.  "Why the fuck would I have magic?" I asked playing the dumbfounded role.

 "Well I heard you mumble those words and shit like that plus I saw your eyes change color like right now." He said and crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow.  "Whatever, I have no idea of what you are talking about and these are my real colored eyes and the lightning blue color were contacts." I lied and started to drag him to the door again.  "Hm well I don't believe you one bit and I'm going to find out whether you have powers or not and don't tell anyone about this." He said.

*Vincent's POV*

When we went in her gigantic mansion she was instantly greeted by a boy about 10 years old.  "Hi! Can we go get candy? Please Mommy?" He asked excitedly.  I froze in my spot for a second and though about what he said about calling her 'Mommy'.  I looked Cyrus suspiciously and of course she felt my gaze and looked towards me while petting the boy's head.  "Heh. Alright we can go but get dressed though" She said and when he left she turned back to me nervous.  "Why the fuck did he call you 'Mommy'?" I asked her.  "Don't think it the wrong way because he is adopted so he calls me Mommy..." She answered and trailed off. "Alright I'm not going to barge into your private life so what did you call me for?" I asked.  "Well I was bored so I decided that we should practice the song we chose." She said excitedly. Is she bipolar or something? I thought.  So it is time to practice let's go!" She shouted and pulled me to her house's music room.

I saw that Melvin, Trenth, Dem were there and they looked bored.  "Now that everyone is here we will start!" Cyrus yelled.  We started to get ready to practice and after about 10 minutes we finally got our instruments ready and we got in our positions.  We practiced for 3 hours to try and perfect our tuning and shit like that.

"Alright we are done now let's get some drinks." Cyrus said while panting a little.  We followed her to the kitchen and got some cold drinks.

"So now what do the rest of us go back home or stay here for a while because it's only 7:51." I said while drinking water.

"Um why don't you guys stay here?" She suggested and shrugged.

"Okay fine with me." Me and Melvin said.

"Great! Now you idiots have to battle me! Prepare to lose!" She said and ran out of the room.

"Well I'll lead you to the Game room." Dem said and sighed.

This is going to be a long day.  But soon I will find out if she has powers or not.
