In a world so dark
I see you standing there
Suns' golden fingers resting on your hair
Forgive me if I stare
There's warmth you bring me
That thaws my frozen heart
To feel your touch on my cheek would be amazing
With a beauty so breathtaking
Let's walk hand in hand down the beach
With salt and silica beneath our feet
To you my heart I beseech
Hold it with care and feel it beat
My rapid pulse is for you
I am a flower reaching for mornings light
And like a flower
I will wither without your love
You are my life giver
You warm me
Comfort me
And bring joy to my heart every time I see you.
