JAY POV

We have just managed to escape from the bravado of the sons of garmadon, together with the princess

Unfortunately, however, we could not save her parents... adoptive..

I never sincerely expected it.. i.e. ...not that I had noticed it first then, but I never thought that she could be...

but I feel so fucking guilty.. I could have done something, we could have done something, anything! we had to try to see if they were still alive, maybe there was still that possibility.. and now.. she will be alone again..

"hey Jay" and here it is.. I probably had to expect that Nya would come looking for me

"are you okay?" she asked, as she leaned next to me in the Bounty railing

"I don't know.. I should be cause we managed to bring the princess to safety.. but her parents"

"don't worry Jay, now she is with us, she will recover"

"yeah but.. what I try to say is-"

"I know what you mean, you're sorry for her"

"yes, but Nya, the fact is that they were her parents, the ones who took care of her when her real parents-" I interrupted, when I realized that I had revealed too much my intent in those words

"oh.." I turned my head towards her, noticing her surprised face, illuminated by the light of the moon "I did not understand that you meant that.."

"it doesn't matter, and this is not something that concerns me"

I looked at the starry sky above us again, Nya approached, resting her head on my arm, and I reciprocated by resting my head over hers

"I don't know how you feel.. but on the one hand I understand you .. our parents disappeared throughout our childhood, even though it wasn't their fault, and now it's strange how they came back into our lives just a year ago"

it was difficult for Nya to confide herself to the other so much, but I like when she did it, she makes me understand that she trusts me

"but better late than never, right?" I said, taking her hand

she chuckled lightly and then shook my hand

"I hope there is also a late for you than never" Nya simply said, making me detach from her

"in what sense?" I looked at her confusedly

Nya looked up at my eyes without any particular expression

"well, you have to know your parents too"

"Oh.. I don't know," I said hesitantly, rubbing my neck with my hand

and then she changed her expression, but this time more serious

"I don't know how" my mood dropped incredibly "I don't know how to reach them.. and then I don't know my mother and if she is actually still alive .. it probably wouldn't even make sense, they abandon me just like a trash-"

"Jay.. what did we say? not negativity!" Nya then lightened her serious gaze, and approached me again, taking my hands "I'm sure there is a reason.. and we will discover it together, I promise you" this time she had a sweet smile on her beautiful face, the ones that I like so much

but then instinctively, I looked down at our crossed hands

"thanks Nya.." I tried to hide the flickering voice "b-but.. it hurts too much"

My eyes became shiny in a few seconds, blurring my sight, I just felt a strong weight on my bust

I looked down, seeing Nya with a sad expression on her face, as she rested her head on my chest

"N-Nya-"

"Jay, I'm so sorry you feel this way"

I didn't say anything, but I just tightened her hug even stronger, resting my chin over her head

I enjoyed every second, she is my everything, if I am tremendously insane, she immediately brings me back to my normal state, and makes me so crazy for her!

I slightly left the hug, but I continued to hold her tight hips in my hands

I exchanged my gaze with her sweet brown eyes that I love so much

"you don't have to, Nya" I said continuing to look into her eyes "you fix all my pain"

okay.. I was expecting some sweet words .. but a kiss .. well it's definitely better the kiss!

I clasping my hands on her hips, while she wrapped my neck with her little hands

the desire is occupying my whole mind, lowering my hands more down than the hips

she changed position with her hands, putting them on my cheeks, trying to make me lower more towards her

it had been weeks since we had such a long and passionate kiss

"guys.."

we immediately opened our eyes wide, making us detach...

"sorry to stop whatever you were going to do, but, dinner is ready, if you are hungry.. for food"

I looked at the owner of that voice, realizing that it was, of course Cole..

Nya and I exchanged quick glances of embarrassment as Cole returned inside

"ah I forgot!" Cole came back "don't make too much noise tonight, I have to make my beauty sleep"

"COLE" I yelled at him, while our faces turned completely red

"see you lovebirds" Cole said, running inside

"oh.. you'll pay me! " I said, walking inward for reach Cole

but Nya stopped me, taken me the arm

"don't listen him" she said, chuckling

"let's go to eat" she said, leaving my arm, as she went back inside, but she stopped before, in the jamb of the entrance, resting her hand on top of it

"after I will come to get my fav dessert"
