𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴

based after season 7/ before start of season 8

both Kai and Nya had finally fulfilled their small wish

and this wish was to know more deeply their parents

or at least, this what Nya was waiting for

on the other hand, Kai was older of two years, so he had the opportunity to know them before

they were happy that now they could be a "normal" family

at least, twice a week, they go to them for lunch/dinner or just to spend time together

but now that both had told everything about their own lives to their parents, there was someone else they wanted to meet

and now we are in the present, with an extremely anxious Jay

"Nya... are you sure? maybe it still takes a little more time for you four yet.." Jay said trying to convince her to let him stay in the monastery

"absolutely no Jay, my parents want to meet you, and it's right that they wanna know the most important thing in my life" Nya said, trying to make him melt and reassure him

"Don't you dare say those things to yourself, you know I hate it when you do that. and then I think you're really hot with wavy hair" Nya said as she raised her arm to mess up his hair

"NOO!" Jay said as he tried to rearrange his hair in a decent way for him

"anyway, we have to go Jay, are you ready?" Nya asked as she looked at the time in her phone, she was 'patiently' waiting for her boyfriend sitting in his bed

"awww.. okay, I'm ready" Jay said resigned, making the gesture 'in quotes' with his fingers as he said "ready"

"you're gorgeous" Nya simply said as she set up Jay's hoodie

she stimulated at him a small smile, which he was trying to hide, but it was difficult when he heard this phrases like that from Nya

"the only beautiful one here is you, you drive me crazy with loose hair" Jay said as he highlighted the regrowth of her hair with his hand

"Mh.. nah" Nya said as she looked in the mirror, but she actually likes the idea of having longer hair

"Let's go?" Jay said trying to skip the argument of who was better with this or that

then Jay raised his arm slightly as he had done on their first date, Nya then made the same move as she did at the time, and put her arm in his

they walked out of the room and saw Kai just going to Jay's room

"ah thanks god, are you ready, can we go now?" Kai asked relieved

"yes we can go" Nya said as she took also his brother's arm with her

"and Skylor?" Jay asked as they walked "did you invited her with us?"

which this question caused enormous embarrassment to the fire ninja

"Uh.. n-no, there would be no reason" Kai replied, trying to hide the obvious embarrassment

"Mh.. No Kai, the reason exists.. and both mom and dad told you to invite her" Nya said, looking at him slightly irritated/disappointed
