"jay, can you get for me yena's blood?" maeum asked as jay mouthed, "what?" niki and sunghoon getting curious about the reason too.
maeum then explained everything to them, making them go "ohhh".
"we just got the notification that minha and jungwon's marriage is on next tuesday, 14 december." sunghoon said.
"WHAT? so early? i thought it was somewhere at the end of december?" maeum widened her eyes in shock.
"they pushed the date of the marriage forward as the king wants jungwon to take over the throne earlier." niki explained.
"so, we have exactly a week...." maeum mumbled.

"yena, you can be discharged tonight after the blood test later on!" jay cheered yena up but, she just kept her face expressionless.
"yena ah, do you have any plans for the december holiday?" jay tries to lighten the mood up.
"no." yena cut him off.
"oh..." jay bit his inner lip in awkwardness as silence engulfed them.
but, seeing jay trying to lighten up the mood, yena changed her answer, "actually, i just want to go out with just myself, and take super long walks that can make my legs wobbly."
