The empress would walk through towards the palace which was the symbol of the continent grand wealth and power,the city of antanyo. The only city to ever had empire,antanyo was also special due to it historical and mythical foundations as the oldest city of Eurasia(the actual oldest city was actually the imperial city,any info about the imperial city barely exist due to most artefacts or written history of the imperial city is mostly gone and remains a massive maze of ruins and old structures underneath the city of antanyo) she would reach to her throne room to announce to her loyal subjects(royalties,prime ministers and the new members of the continent of Eurasia(excluding japan).
"Today people of Eurasia! Your empress the descendent of the goddess lingshu yamata was disgraced with insults and denouncing our continent as merely savages who don't understand how the world works,I who had given them mercy of allowing them to seek redemption for their filthy mouths of insulting me are given 3 days to apologise or face war! We won't be humiliated like what papalida had done to us before with murdering our people! We will never bow down to any foes who challenge us! We will let them feel the wrath of our power!

Many Eurasian were shocked with this announcement,their own empress was dishonoured when she attended the meeting personally to show respect was treated like a barbarian and filth,many Eurasian were angered with this statement and demanded war against the barbarians who had insulted their empress!

(To better explain their anger,just imagine insulting at a really religious person like saying their god is a false god or their god is filth,is what basically how the Eurasian felt,most Eurasian are strong believers of the imperial religion as they actually exist and preform miracles like crops growing 5 times faster with a member of imperial family is nearby or in the empress case her blessing of making Eurasian workers be able to work longer and less likely to catch illness or die from overwork, the few Eurasian that don't believe in the imperial family would be the recently new members of the continent being indones and Philippina)

Many Eurasian governments were sick and tired with these civilised countries they hope could be allies with,they are well aware that Japan economy might fall so the Eurasian governments made fail safe plans just in case japanese economy started collapsing,
The Eurasian foreign intelligence agency(EFIA)on the other hand had gathered information about the empire of ravannar and their predicted arrival while planing on finding weaknesses of the ravannar empire and looking at photos of the ravannar empire military hardwares,the more they inspected the more they researched about their potential foe the more they realise it was a foe that the Eurasian empire had once fought during the first ww1 when a unknown advanced aliens from a different dimension and invaded their world. The enemy they had fought more than 100 years ago,they had plenty of well documented battles and information of the ravannar empire which dated back from 1898-1904. Their best scenario they ever had,they had discovered that the ravannar empire had suffered Millenia of stagnation of their technology,which means the Eurasian continent can once again fight their old foe once again.

The empress would gain this information as an advice to prepare a war against their old foe which many Eurasian had forgotten about,but first she must focus on first hand with these foolish barbarians who think they are superior when the Eurasian had beaten the foe they were so scared about once,the Eurasian will destroy the ravannar empire once more to show their strength to these rather petty and arrogant barbarians who called themselves civilised.

The project manager would hand the shipyard workers the documents and blueprints top secret battleship which was included with the reverse engineered teleportation and force field technology from the ravannar empire 100+ years ago.

"So we are using the weapons of our hatred enemy against the primitive arrogant barbarians?"

"Yes we are,the only ship that is capable of this upgrade is the jaku,she will be reborn like a Phoenix as a brand new experimental battleship"

"We will never accept the demands of this foolish barbarians! We will begin our mission to raze the barbaric continent of Eurasia!

A massive battleship with the old Eurasian empire flag would appear in front of the fleet after leaving a portal aiming all 6 of its 500c triple railguns and is secondary 12 450cm secondary duo guns at the fleet and bombarded the enemy fleet out of existence,once the fleet was destroyed,the mysterious battleship starting sailing at abnormal speed of 126 knots and entered a portal to it next victim.

The battleship ship was the jaku but the civilised countries call it a demonic warship due to it abnormal speed and ability to teleport,most feared the worst as it could be the warship of the ravannar empire.
