As the grade atlastar was leaving with their diplomat while trembling in fear from the guns of the leviathan.
The crew hope the massive warship and it escort fleet would ignore them,which to their demise demanded the gra Valkan ship turn back and return to the meeting. Something they can't ignore without getting sunk in an instant if they disobeyed the leviathan.
Clelia would return back to the meeting with the Eurasian diplomat behind her,the Eurasian diplomat was no other the empress herself who scared the crap out of everyone as she was wearing the traditional imperial armour,she was taller than even the tallest diplomat in the building as she was a giant compared to everyone else being 3.8m tall.

Of course the "civilised" diplomats would shout and insult her calling her a barbarian who doesn't understand the civilised way and wasting their time by coming late which insulted them as from their point of view not only the empress came late,she even sided with gra valka.
She got them to shut up after ordering the leviathan and the 3 Kaiser battleship to open fire into the air with blank shot giving a warning of I dare you to continue and I turn this entire city to dust.
The mishrial diplomat didn't took this kindly and demanded her to apologise,which she simply responded for them to apologise or taste the wrath of the leviathan.

All the other diplomat simply laughed and mock her for being a barbarian who doesn't understand her place as a filthy barbarian. Japan and mu who know the power she welds over the entire continent made them scared and were well aware that even a small fraction of the Eurasian navy alone could easily destroy and conquer them with ease.
Clelia on the other hand saw this advantage to win a powerful ally and began demanding all the other so called civilised countries to  stop their insult this instant,which the civilised countries only respond with more anger.

The empress could no longer handle these foolish mockery of her,the descendants of the goddess and the creator being treated like she is filth!? She would no longer hold back with politeness she expected from the so called civilised countries,she in front of all the civilised countries reveal her will.

"All of you bastards that calls yourself civilised countries have 3 days to apologise or else you will taste the wrath of the entire continent of Eurasia! You bitches who only can boast about your greatness will taste my wrath,the countries I say are spared from my wrath are japan,mu,gra valka and the barbarian nation's who are more civilised than you cunts!"

With that she storm off after lifting the mu and Japanese diplomat with her and demanding that they return to their homeland and inform them what she had said,the empress warned that if gra valka,mu or japan ever sides with her foes would be erased from the map.
The mu diplomat, Clelia and asada knew that their only option was to stay neutral of join the Eurasians if they were to survive and quickly return to their homeland to inform them.
Clelia happy that she had gotten an entire continent to support gra valka and Eurasian technology & resources,while the mu diplomat were thankful that they were spared from Eurasian wrath and would receive the more advance Eurasian technology and resources only found in the continent, Japan on the other hand were worried,but they were assured that the Japanese and her allies  will be spared from Eurasian wrath.

The empress would board the leviathan which would aim it gun at all of the civilised countries warships excluding mu,Japan and gra valka. The leviathan fired all of her guns and watch as all the civilised warships instantly engulfed by the highly explosive shells of pure tzar crystal filled shells,leaving barely any trace of the civilised warships besides the cries of the civilians in city who experienced first hand the true capabilities of the guns of the leviathan.
Eurasian airship destroyers and cruisers would appear above the city aiming their guns at the military garrisons of the mishiral military and bombarded them to dust leaving the entire city at the Eurasian airship destroyers and cruisers mercy.

Japan knew their missiles would be able to destroy dozens of Eurasian warships,but they knew the Eurasian would simply bombard japan with their own missiles,Japan simply have zero chance of victory against the Eurasian.

"Yes this would be true,we simply don have the resources or the manpower to compete against the Eurasian massive manpower,industry and resources! To make it even worst they are extremely close to japan so it not ideal to make them our enemy,the entire continent already have 1,000s of time larger population than this entire world combined! A few hundred million people is no match for a continent with 10 billion people!"

" I know what your saying asada,the entire army under the empress is equivalent to the whole population of China,we would be crushed instantly in a few days,even worst they could simply nuke us from existence!"

The Japanese defence misters and asada were well aware on the strength the continent to not even dare challenge it,even if they had an army in the millions.

Clelia would finish giving her reports to the emperor who himself was pleased and scared of the Eurasian wrath after knowing more about the continent,he himself knew they must accept this deal with the continent for the empire survival from Eurasian firepower.
The leviathan Clelia had mention probably already had the firepower to fight 12 grade atlastar,which isn't a good thing,which would only make it worst as the leviathan had the ability to support and store an entire army and fleet within it,the entire gra valkan navy would probably be required to sink a single so called Mobile naval base,let alone sink over 300 of these super weapons,the grade atlastar would lose to a Kaiser by pure armament so there was no miracles that would allow the grade atlastar to survive a 1 on 1 engagement against the leviathan,further more all the guns of the leviathan were 500-600cm guns,this isn't something that even ideals alone could win.

Gra valka would join in the war on the Eurasian side 3 days later.
