Time to give an explanation to the techno mechanica.
They basically tech priest but they don't believe any technology is heresy and considered all technology to have a reason why it is built.
Just like how the people believe humans have souls the techno's believe the machines themselves haves souls which was given life by their human creators.
The unique part about them is they can hear and understand the machines souls.
They would often know what the machines needs and emotions.
The also occasionally pull the full potential of a machine soul
Example let say a pistol refuse to function properly.
The technos are capable of comforting the pistol with some short prayers while adding some divine markings and maintenance which would allow the pistol to function and work better than before.
Let say it couldn't pierce a wall, with their blessing and maintenance the pistol can shoot through walls to certain extents.
A tank which had received the blessing of a techno worshiper would work more efficiently like it turrets move faster or it uses less fuel and can travel further,it armour is 2x stronger.
Now time to explain the small military might they are legally allowed to have due to their importance.
