Anna is Dream
Hans is Ink(or whoever fits your fancy)
Kristoff is Killer (or whoever fits your fancy)
Sven/Sfen (whatever the f the reindeers' name is) is a gaster blaster. Like those live ones in comics or other things where they're sentient and sorta like dogs or pets.
I haven't figured out who Olaf might be. I was thinking Blue, but that got confusing on how he would've been created.
I also haven't figured out who the trolls would be.
And instead of Elsa wearing gloves to keep her ice powers hidden, Nightmare's can wear an amulet or something to keep the corruption in. And when Elsa makes her magical ice dress, Nightmare's can turn into his corrupted form. And instead of Arendell, it can be Dreamtale. Also, instead of ice and snow covering the land, it's corruption and darkness. Like the skies are cloudy and grey, the ground is cracked and dry, the sea is all dried up
