The wind carried the leaves all the way to camp, reaching a blossom tree the leaves for a dryad to apper in Peter and Edmund's tent. The petals flew in and ''kissed'' Peter's cheek, waking him to see the dryad.

Still slightly sleeping, Peter drew his sword, waking Edmund in the process.
''Be still, my princes. I bring grave news from your sisters and Y/n.''
Peter lowered his sword.

The dryad told the two boys about what the girls had to say, they stared at her in shock as she left. They waited until sunrise to wake up Oreius.

Most creatures in camp were now awake. Peter stepped out of Aslan's tent with a solemn expression.
''It's true, he's gone...''
He confirmed, looking down at the map infront of Edmund and Oreius.

''Then you'll have to lead us.''
Edmund concluded.
''Peter, there's an army out there and it's ready to follow you.''
Peter sighed as he objected even though he knew Edmund was right.
''I can't''
''Aslan and Y/n believed you could... And so do I.''
This made Peter look up and the two brothers exchanged small smiles.

Oreius interupted the brothers' moment and asked Peter.
''The witch's army is nearing, sire. What are your orders?''
