So ya know those OCs that I make for other AUs? This is where I'll put it here from now on. So this could technically be considered my second OC Book.

{TO CLARIFY: Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss and Gravity Falls are in the same world, thus why certain characters are mentioned.}
For his backstory...
•Bill isn't Nova's biological father. He chose her as his Heiress as a backup plan if Weirdmageddon failed... which he thought it was impossible.
•Novalise was 7 years old when Bill popped up in front of the child, and basically forced a piece of his own soul to fuse with her own.
•As for why he chose her out of other kids... well, Bill did see her set fire to a building and shaved her school's principle's hair o u t o f b o r d o m .
She was perfect.
•Bill left Novalise after he was done, heading back to Gravity Falls to proceed with his master plan!
...
...you know what happened afterwards.
•Bill woke up in Hell, coming face to face with Lucifer himself. The King of Hell had a envelope for the Dream Demon, straight from Axolotl himself. The letter said;
"Dear Mr. Cipher I have sent you to Hell to help Lucifer Magnus's daughter in running her Happy Hotel. Lucifer owes me a favor, so he will be keeping an eye on you while you're on your path to atonement. Oh! I also limited your powers, so you can't leave Hell for a decade or so; depends on how much you improve.

•And thus, Bill spent 10 years helping Charlie, annoying Vaggie, and messing with Alastor (andflirtingwithAngelDust) around the Hotel.
