Like their dragons the Targaryens answered to neither gods nor men

For the first time Rhaella's hair was braided, thanks to Dany and Missandei, small braids turned and twisted around one another forming one large braid, with bells and silver jewelry adorning it.

It was only early in the morning but the princess was already annoyed to no end, it had been a couple of days since Ser Davos and Gendry, Ser Jaime, Ser Jorah and the Unsullied had left. Dany had not told anyone about her plan yet, which led to Ser Varys questioning her at every opportunity he had. Daenerys' council, as Rhaella called, which now consisted of herself, Jon, Missandei and Lord Varys, were all sitting in the Chamber of the Painted Table as the Queen requested.

"If I may ask, why are we here, Your Grace?" Lord Varys asked.

"You have been asking what our plans were, and it's time we tell you about it," Daenerys looked at Lord Varys before turning around and looking at Jon. The Warden of the North knew only of a part of the sisters' plans.

"The Unsullied went to Highgarden, we cannot afford to lose the Lords that bend the knee," Rhaella started.

"Ser Davos, Gendry, Ser Jorah and Ser Jaime went to King's Landing," Dany explained, but that piece of information left Lord Varys and Jon Snow even more confused.

"Doing what, exactly, Your Grace?" The Spider asked eagerly.

"That I will only tell you once I know they have succeeded," Daenerys informed Lord Varys. "What I will tell you is that Ser Jaime informed us that Ellaria Sand and at least one of her Sand Snakes are being kept under the Red Keep. And he and Ser Jorah will go after them" the Queen told them.

"That is good news Your Grace, but you have barely told us anything. What are we doing here?" Jon asked, and Rhaella could tell he was getting very impatient.

"Rhaella is leaving," the Queen said, and Jon turned at the sisters harshly.

"What? Where are you going?" Jon asked.

"We received a raven early this morning. Theon is close to the Iron Islands and even closer to Euron Greyjoy and his fleet. I will fly towards them and this time will burn all of the Iron Fleet, while Theon gets Yara back," Rhaella explained.

"Why? They haven't even reached the Iron Islands yet, by the time they come back with their man you will be on the Iron Throne already," Jon argued with his lover.

"Euron Greyjoy has proved over and over again he is not loyal and will not bend the knee unless we give him something," Daenerys explained.

"What about his people?" Jon tried to argue once again.

"The same people that were sworn to Yara one day and hunted her down on the next day. We cannot trust them and this is not up to discussion," Rhaella said, getting up. "Now if you excuse me, I have to go," the princess walked towards her sister.
