When we learn to write persuasive essays we ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have to write them on STAAR (State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness) approved paper. This means that when I walk into the school building I am learning how to take a test.

You know there's a problem with our education system when a freakin pink sadistic racist witch supports it.
But basically I feel like Hermione when Umbridge tries to pass out the new DADA books.
HOW WILL THIS PREPARE ME FOR LIFE!?!
I mean no I don't think I really need to know how to write an essay for real life but what about college? What if there's some kind of job application thingy? What else are they teaching to the bare minimum just so we can pass a test? This is why America is stupid.
