There are all these things left in tv shows that the writers have just left unexplained and I don't know if they did it on purpose.

Ok so Sam and Azazel are having this dream conversation in season 2 finale and Azazel makes this random little remark about Sam being the best of HIS generation of special children. Because there are other generations.
Azazel also makes a remark about Sam maybe being not 100% pure Sam. Like maybe there's some helly weirdness about him now.
What happened to the demon tablet? Metatron stole the demon and angel tablet and we saw Cas destroy the angel tablet but where is the demon tablet?
Doctor who-
Where is Gallifrey now?
How did that crack get on trensalore? We thought the Doctor fixed them all. Are there still more cracks? Did something else cause them? Did the Big Bang 2 not actually work?
Jenny? The Doctors clone-machiney daughter. She's alive, the Doctor never knew! Are we going to see her again?
