Sachin: " Nakul, I'll be going to the airport in the evening to pick up Meera and the kids. Are you coming?"
Nakul: " Of course I am. What time are we leaving?" I will be bored here all alone. I don't have anything to do here and I don't know anyone here. Also, I'm curious to meet your rebel sister too!
Nakul thought to himself.
Sachin: " Around 5 pm." and he continued checking his phone.
Nakul: "by the way dude, you don't expect me to drive, right? I'm not confident in Indian roads.. it has been ages since I last drove!"
Sachin: "Nope. Do you think I am fool enough to entrust their lives in your hands?? No way! I have arranged Sasi Uncle."
Nakul: "Oh! The one who came yesterday to pick us up with your Dad?" Sachin nodded in response.
Sachin: "And Nakul... Keep your distance from her! Not even a healthy flirting with her!"
He glared at Nakul, knowing his playful nature very well. Nakul looked at him offended.
Nakul: " Seriously Man? Do you think that low of me? I know my limits! If you don't trust me that much then don't introduce her to me."
Sachin: " Sorry Dude! It's not that I don't trust you. If it was true, you wouldn't be here right now!
It's... She is... nothing.. just leave it... I'm sorry..." Nakul nodded. Though he got slightly offended, He knows Sachin's overprotectiveness over her. So he didn't take it to heart.
Their conversation got interrupted by one of Sachin's Uncle, Shekhar.
Shekhar: "Sachin, When are you going to pick her up? Kiran is also coming with you." He said with a wide smile and mischievous eyes.
Sachin shifted on his feet and faked a smile. His stance was clear to Nakul, that he is cooking up something in his mind!
Sachin: Uncle, I thought of leaving at 6! They will anyway take some time to come out of the airport. So why do we unnecessarily pay for parking fee! So thought of reaching there on time.
His uncle seemed to be pleased with his nephew.
Shekhar: "Hmm.. good that you are being practical at an early age. Give some advice to my stupid son too. I'll tell him to be here by that time." He left after that.
Even before I open my mouth, Sachi turned to me and gestured me to be quiet.
Sachin: "Yes, He is the 'Shakuni'* in our family! He wants his son, Kiran to marry Meera, of course for her properties. So I don't want him near my sister. So get ready by 4.30 pm. I will inform Sasi Uncle too.
Though I've seen his protective side with Nisha, this protective brother mode is much more dangerous. But why am I getting worried about it? I got confused. Maybe I'm worried that he might get angry at me if he comes to know that I am curious about her!
