When I walked into my office, laughter greeted my ears but immediately stopped because they heard me entering inside so they look at me, especially Lisa, who immediately stood up straight.

"Sit down Lisa, I'm not your commander," I said with my resting bitch face and I saw my best friends looking at each other with a knowing smirk on their faces, so I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Oh, haha right," Lisa awkwardly laughs while rubbing the back of her neck and I proceed to the papers that I dropped awhile ago.

"You can stay and talk here inside. I still have to do my reports so I have to leave you guys here," I said as I prepared the papers that I needed.

"Where are you heading?" Jisoo asked and turned her body towards me because she was currently sitting on the couch with her back facing my direction. Lisa, on the other hand, was just silently glancing towards me with her hands on her lap.

"I need to attend a meeting," I simply replied, then I focused on the papers again.

"Oh, okay, just call us if you're already done. Maybe we can all grab some lunch together. Are you still up for lunch, Lisa? " Jisoo said, and we all turned our attention towards the now flustered Captain, she's looking at us like a lost child and I couldn't hide a smile when I saw her being like that.

"Uhm, sure, if you don't mind me tagging along," she replied.

"Of course not, and besides, it would be good for Jennie to finally have someone because she's always third-wheeling when we ate lunch together," Jisoo said and laughed a little, aish this chikin really.

"I thought both of you don't mind me joining with you?" I frown.

"Of course we don't, but you do," Jisoo smirked at me.

"Psh," I pouted and I saw Lisa hiding her smile.

"Anyways, I should go... and Lisa? Can you walk me with me outside? I just need to tell you something," I looked at Lisa who was shocked for a second.

I ignored my best friends beside me because they were trying so hard just to hide a squeal.

"Y-yeah, sure," I chuckled mentally. Why did she even stutter?

I then walked to the door and headed outside. Lisa was following behind me, and once we were standing outside my office, I faced her and she closes the door while there's a little space between us.

It became silent for a second.

"Uhm, I got this for you," she said first while handing me the bouquet of flowers. Psh, she doesn't have to, but I still gladly accept it.

"Thank you, they're beautiful," I said and sniffed the flowers she gave me, which are white daisies.

"I'm glad you like it," she replied, then shyly looked down on her shoes when our eyes met.

"Oh, I want to thank you for the breakfast you made this morning. It was delicious and it looks like it's not your first time doing it, you really did a good job," when I said that, she immediately looked up and her eyes were full of excitement.

She's like a child during Christmas who just got a present.

"Really?!" she said and when she realized that she acted that way, she blushed because of embarrassment.

"Sorry, I'm just happy because it's my first time making a sandwich and it turned out good," she added.

"No need to apologize, it's a good start for you to learn how to cook. We still don't know how your cooking skills will turn out once you do."
