Sleeping beauty part 2

It's been one month since Stiles had been sleeping beauty, and it has been one month since he and Derek started dating, the pack had no idea they were dating because Derek was afraid, only Lydia and Deaton knew and that is how they liked it, Derek ended up chasing after Kate and couldn't quite catch up to her, Stiles assured him he'd be safe but Derek wasn't too sure so he stayed with Stiles almost every night, they were lucky Stiles' dad had been busy with work.

"Are you ever going to tell us what happened a month ago?" Scott broke the ongoing silence that had taken over the pack meeting, Neither Stiles nor Derek said a word, Lydia was raising her eyebrows at them nonchalantly, 

"Do you know?" Scott turned his gaze to the redhead, 

"No, But if I did they wouldn't have much longer before I would spill it." Lydia silently threatened, 

"What? Did you guys fight?" Scott questioned and Lydia smirked, They both knew what it meant, 

"How about you just mind your business? Hm Scott?" Stiles turned his head sideways as he looked at Scott who huffed, 

"It doesn't look like that's going to happen," Liam spoke up from the back, 

"Thanks for that Liam, I know." Stiles rolled his eyes, Liam pushed himself back in his chair, Derek was sitting stiff across from Stiles, Stiles got up and went to go sit beside Derek, this was one way of telling them, Stiles thought to himself, 

"Der? How about we just tell them?" Stiles looked into his eyes and Derek painfully nodded.

"So about a month ago, Kate came into my room, " Both Scott and Derek growled lowly but Stiles continued, 

"She had a potion bottle in her hand and she threw it at me, next thing I know I am dreaming, I am on top of the clouds, that is in till I woke up, with a pair of lips on mine." Stiles had a low smirk on his face, 

"Lydia's?" Scott asked, 

"Well, yeah, but it didn't work." Lydia shrugged, 

"So you were like Sleeping Beauty?" Liam piped up and Stiles nodded, 

"Yeah, I was like Sleeping Beauty." Stiles rolled his eyes, 

"So who was able to wake you?" Scott asked and Derek stumped down in his spot, Stiles reached his hand over and gently squeezed Derek's hand, 

"Holy shit." Scott whispered, Stiles could tell Scott had figured it out, 

"Surprise?" Stiles half-smiled, Scott had a disbelieving face on, 

"All this time? This whole month and you didn't say anything or did anything?" Liam sounded shocked, 

"You guys still bickered!" Scott exclaimed, 

"That is still our thing." Stiles rolled his eyes, Derek still looked nervous, He had acted so toughly all the time but when it came to his feelings for Stiles he was a mess and Stiles adored that, 

"Why didn't you tell me?" Scott sounded hurt, 

"We were afraid you wouldn't support it." Derek finally said, 

"Why wouldn't we?" Liam asked, 

"He thinks he's too old for me." Stiles rolled his eyes and Derek gave him a look, 

"What? It's true." Stiles shrugged with a smirk on his face, 

"We are fine with it, but I swear to god if you hurt Stiles, I will murder you." Scott threatened, 

"I'll help." Liam eyed Derek, 

"I won't, promise." Derek gave them both a serious look.

The rest of the night went by fast, they all talked about their relationship and how relieved the pack was that they handled their sexual tension, which made Stiles embarrassed but he still managed to laugh, 

"See, it was nothing to worry about," Stiles said as they cuddled on Derek's bed. 

"Yeah, but it could've gone worse." Derek frowned, 

"You doubt yourself too much, How many times do I have to tell you that you deserve happiness?" Stiles looked up to him with a smile to assure Derek he meant it in a sweet way, 

"I know but it's just hard to believe I could get someone as amazing as you." Derek smiled as he kissed the top of Stiles' head, Stiles turned Derek's face and kissed him properly, 

"I love you." Stiles smiled into the kiss, "I love you too." Derek placed his hand on Stiles' cheek.
