Tapos ko na ang mga commission ko at nandito kami ni Clark sa loob ng kwarto niya habang nakahiga sa kama.

"Napagod ako ng sobra. Tulog na muna ako, ai," bulong ko at tumango siya.

"Yeah, you can have some rest first, ai. I love you."

"I love you more," bulong ko naman at tuluyan na akong natulog sa tabi niya para makapagpahinga na.

CLARK

I really hate her father for making her tired like this just to pay his fucking debts that she didn't even do.

I kiss her forehead and slowly, got up from the bed. I need to do my work also for my business and finish it ASAP.

I'm reading my papers and I'm happy that my business is thriving unlike the businesses of my parents.

Now, they have a new problem and it's with the Alcaide. They tried to attack them without thinking first.

Now, because of the Alcaide, they are on the verge of losing everything that they have and I'm not worried about myself.

I look at my phone when I notice it's light. I grab my phone and look at the message - it's from my father. I open his message and I sigh.

'Son, umuwi ka sa bahay at may malaking problema tayo. P'wedeng mawala ang lahat sa 'tin kapag hindi ka namin nakausap,' he said.

I didn't answer him and just continue with my work because I already know what they want to do anyway. They're just going to give me another headache.

"Ai? Bakit mukhang problemado ka?" I look at Jen when she says something. She get up from the bed and hug me from behind.

"Just, stress with my businesses. It's too many." I lied. I don't want to make her worried just because of my parents - we both know that they don't like her for me.

"Sure?" I nodded and I kissed her lips. I smiled while kissing her and she stopped.

"Gutom na ko. Mamaya na lang 'yan at magluluto ako para sa 'yo," she said then, walked out of my room.

I smiled because of her and I giggled. She really knows how to make me happy and at the same time, she also knows how to make me feel like she cares for me a lot.

CORSOLA

Nagluluto ako ngayon para sa pang-tanghalian namin ni Clark nang naramdaman kong nag-vibrate ang cellphone ko.

Kaya naman kinuha ko na 'yon mula sa bulsa at sinagot ang tawag kahit na hindi ko pa tinitignan kung sino 'yon.

"Jen, nandito ako ngayon sa store na sinasabi mo... Puro mura nga dito 'yung materials," rinig kong saad ni Kassandra.

"Mabuti naman at hindi ka naligaw. Saka, mag-uumpisa ka na ba sa paggawa ng arts?" tanong ko pa.

"Oo. Habang wala pang klase kasi next year pa ko makakapag-enroll eh. Kaya ganito muna ang gagawin ko sa ngayon," komento niya.

"Kung kailangan mo ng mga kliyente o customers, may ire-rekomenda ako sa 'yo mamayang mga apps para kumita ka," pag-deklara ko.

"Sige, salamat sa tulong, Jen. Kita na lang tayo mamaya ah? Ingat ka," masayang saad niya at binaba na niya ang tawag.

Binulsa ko na ang cellphone ko at nagulat ako nang biglang may yumakap mula sa likod ko at nakita ko si Clark.

"Ano ba? Nakakagulat ka naman eh," natatawang komento ko at hinalikan niya ko sa leeg.
