Malungkot ang mga mata ni Xeldre habang tahimik na pinagmamasdan ang litrato nila ni John Paul nung araw ng kasal nila. She is wearing a beautiful white wedding gown while her husband, John Paul, is very handsome in his white wedding suit. Based on the photo, they are all very happy and contented in each other. But today is different.

Sa hindi niya masiguradong dahilan ay bigla nalang nanlamig sa kanya si John Paul, lately he's always been busy, he only says hello once, he's always late when he comes home and he doesn't caress her anymore. Simpleng pagsusuklay ng buhok o paliligo araw-araw ay hindi na niya magawa dahil sa abala siya sa gawaing bahay, abala siya sa pag-aasikaso kay John Paul at maging sa tatlo nilang anak.

Sa ngayon ay labing tatlong taong gulang na si Johniela, ang pangalawa naman nilang anak na si Jhela ay limang taon na at ang ikatlong anak naman nila na si Johnxel ay dalawang taon na. Because she's the one who's taking care of her children she was no longer able to groom herself. But even so, she is happy that John Paul and her beloved children came into her life. That only matters to her.

Malungkot ang mga matang ibinaba niya ang hawak na picture frame sa ibabaw ng mesa. She stood up and walk closer to the whole body mirror. Her eyes trailed down her body, she carefully examined her own reflection through a large mirror. Her body has really changed a lot, simula nang madagdagan ang anak nilang dalawa ni John Paul.

Kapansin-pansin ang pangingitim ng ilalim ng kanyang mga mata, sabog ang kilay, maputla ang pisngi, dry ang labi, buhaghag ang mahabang buhok at lalo higit ay tumaba siya. It is natural for her to have a good body so she didn't have a bulge or any body fat but she became chubby and she gained weight too. She is no longer the same as before who is slim and fit because she is now fucking voluptous.

Maybe this is the reason why Jp is cold at her.

"Stop it, Johnxel!"   natigilan siya nang biglang sumigaw ang anak niyang si Jhela.

Mabilis siyang tumakbo patungo sa kabilang kwarto.

"Mga anak, anong problema?"   tanong niya nang makapasok at kaagad niyang dinaluhan ang tatlong bata.

"Mommy, Jhela is trying to hit Johnxel in the butt again. I'm just trying to stop her."   sagot ni Johniela.

"Jhela, is that true?"

"Mommy it was Johnxel's fault. I'm doing my assignments but he draw on my book."   paliwanag nito tsaka pumalahaw ng iyak na sinundan naman ng iyak ni baby Johnxel na may hawak pang color pencil.

Napabuntong hininga na lamang siya, hindi siya magka-intindihan kung sino ang uunahin niyang bubuhatin at patatahanin. But then, she was very grateful that Johniela picked up baby Johnxel on her own and that she also put her crying brother to sleep. Siya naman ang bumuhat at nagpatahan sa umiiyak na si Jhela. When Johnxel fell asleep, Ela laid her brother down in his crib.

"Jhela anak, tahan na."

"Mommy, how can I stop crying if my book is ruined? Look, ang dami pong guri sa bawat pages."   umiiyak na inisa-isa nitong buklatin ang Math notebook nito.

"Anak, ako na ang humihingi ng sorry sa ginawa ng kapatid mo. I do understand you na masama ang loob mo dahil sa ginawa ni baby Johnxel. But trying to hurt your baby brother is bad, do you know that?"
