Next day in the morning....
Anirudh wake up but didn't find Bondita in the room. He got tensed and came downstairs. Hearing some sounds from kitchen he went to there and saw Bondita was busy in preparing breakfast. She was in a light pink cotton saree with embroidered golden blouse. She was looking so beautiful like the morning sun with her simple look. Anirudh was lost in her. Bondita didn't saw Anirudh first. But soon she realised he was there.
Bondita: aap? ( Surprisingly)
Anirudh was in his dream world....
Bondita: patibabu.... patibabu.....( Shouted)
Anirudh: haaan..haan ( came back to reality)...kya hua...chilla kyu rahi ho
Bondita: patibabu...main chilla rahi hu? Aap hi to kahi khoye hue the....aapko bass jaga rahi thi...
Anirudh: wo...haan....
Bondita: aapko kuch chahiye tha kya?
Anirudh: nahi to....kyu?
Bondita: vo aap itni subhe subhe rasoi mein aa gaye to maine socha ki aapko kuch chahiye...
Anirudh: vo nahi nahi....vo asal mein kamre mein tum nahi mili to ishiliye tumhe dhundte dhundte yaha aa gaya..
Bondita: wo....asal mein subha jaldi nind tut gayi aur aap bhi so rahe the ishiliye socha ki breakfast banalu aur ghar ke baki kaam bhi karlu.....aap jayiye taiyar hoke ajayiye main khana lagati hu...
Anirudh: haan
He was going but stopped and turned towards Bondita.
Anirudh: Bondita..
Bondita: ji ( busy in making luchies,without staring at him)
Anirudh: vo aaj tum bohot khubsurat lag rahi ho....aur kal bhi bohot sundar lag rahi thi....
Bondita stopped for a while and then slowly looked towards Anirudh. She was surprised and happy too. She didn't expect Anirudh's complement like this... specially when she was in her daily saree with sankha,pola and a simple chain and sindoor on her maang.
Bondita: dhanyabad patibabu...( Smiling and blushing also)
Anirudh smiled too and gone from there. When he came down after being ready he saw Bondita was waiting for him and plates were already arranged on the dining table. Seeing Anirudh coming Bondita stood up.
Bondita: patibabu... ayiye baithiye...
Anirudh: tum bhi baitho...
Bondita: ji...
Both sat. Bondita served the food.
Anirudh: yeh sab tumne banaye hai!( Surprisingly)
Bondita: haan...vo maaf kijiye ga patibabu...sari chise rasoi mein kaha hai pata nahi tha nah to luchi aur aloor dom hi bana payi bass ( sadly)
Anirudh: yeh bass hai Bondita?......jabse main aya hu nah sirf jam-bread khake hi chala raha tha....aj bohot dino baad yeh sab khana khane ko mil raha hai.... finally!
Bondita: par apki pasand ki payesh to nahi bana payi ( sadly)
Anirudh: koi baat nahi...phir kisi din bana lena
Bondita: thik hai 😊
After having breakfast....
Bondita: patibabu mera ho gaya....main jake tayiar ho jati hu...
Anirudh: thik hai
Suddenly the telephone rang and bondita went to pick it up.
Bondita: hello
Man: areh.... areh....bahu...
Hearing this voice bondita's heart filled with happiness...she couldn't believe in her ears that she was hearing this voice after so many years.
Bondita: kakasasurji!!( cheerfully)
Ksj: Haan bahu hum.... tumhari kakasasurji.....kese ho meri bachi?
Bondita: main thik hu ksj....aur aap batayiye aap kese hai....aur aur sasurji, batuk, Somnath dada,bhari babu,koyli didi....sab kese hai....yaad to karte hai nah mujhe?
Ksj: Haan haan bahu sab thik hai......aur tumhe bohot yaad karte hai sab.... tumhari bina to yeh ghar, ghar jesa lagtahi nahi....aur jabse Anirudh bhi chala gaya tabse ish ghar mein jese mera dum ghutta hai...
Bondita: Haan ksj main samajh sakti hu....par aap chinta maat kijiye hum dono jaldi aa jayenge aur pure parivar sath mein honge...
Ksj: Haan beta....vese tum kab aayi? Anirudh ne bataya tha ki tum ayogi par kab yeh nahi bataya tha...
Bondita: vo ksj main kal hi ayi hu....maaf kijiye ga kal phone nahi kar payi
Ksj: koi baat nahi bahu hum samajh sakte hai....par aajse har roj phone karna.... samjhi? Mere ram sita ki awaj sununga roj tohi chayen ki nind so paunga
Bondita: jarur....
Ksj: acha bahu aab Anirudh ko phone do
Bondita gave the phone to Anirudh.
Anirudh: hello kaka...kese hai aap aur ghar mein sab kese hai
Ksj: hum sab thik hai....tum batao kese ho aur kal bahu ki swagat ki sari rasmein thikse kiya tha nah tumne?
Anirudh: ji kaka main thik hu aur kal sab kuch thikse kia bhi
They were talking when batuk came and whispered into ksj's ears
Batuk: kaka mujhe bhi phone dijiye nah boudi se baat karni hai
Ksj: main abhi baat kar raha hu nah...
Batuk: please please kaka please...
Ksj: nahi....
Batuk: kaka please....( Requested like a child)
Ksj: thik hai lo....( Ksj gave him the phone)
Batuk: hello
Anirudh: areh batuk tum....kaka kaha gaye?
Batuk: dada kaka yehi hai....aap boudi ko phone dijiye nah jaldise.... mujhe baat karni hai
Anirudh: bah bhai bah....itne dino baad phone pe baat kar rahe ho parr dada ki chinta nahi....boudi se baat karni hai....lo...
Anirudh gave the phone to Bondita.
Bondita: batukk....kese ho...
Batuk: boudi!! Main thik hu....aap batayiye kese hai aap
Bondita: bilkul thik
Batuk: aapko yaad nahi ayi meri....aapko pata hai kitna miss kiya maine aapko..
Bondita: maine bhi batuk
After talking with batuk she gave the phone to Anirudh and went to be ready. After sometime she came down and saw Anirudh was sitting on the sofa reading the newspaper.
Bondita: baat ho gayi aapki...
Anirudh: Haan...tum tayiar ho gayi?
Bondita: ji...
Anirudh: to chale college?
Bondita: ji chaliye...
While going to college....
Bondita: to apne apni promise puri karhi di....
Anirudh: matlab?
Bondita: matlab humari pehli date pe jo mujhe apke pash le ane ka jo vada kia tha vo pura karhi diya....
Anirudh: kese nah karta pura.....Apne Bondita se kia hua vada jo hai....
Bondita: you are the best patibabu in the world.....
Anirudh: you are the best patnidevi in the universe....
They both laughed.
