CHAPTER - 18

He came back after 10 minutes

"Sorry.... it took so long", he pulled his chair back and sat down

"No problem", I grinned

"But, the client is not coming so it's just me and you now", he took a sip of his wine, "Oh", was all I able to say

"I guess we can have dinner together then", I don't know if that was a question or an order

I didn't respond to his words and he called the waiter to take our order.

We had a great time, he was cheerful enough for little chit-chats, after completing the dinner I excused myself and went to the washroom

Before I can enter the washroom, A strong hand pulled me back.

"Oh, my God, Omg... Noah, what are you doing here? and what is this behaviour?", a sense of fear crept into my whole body

(Noah the guy which Luna met at the party)

"Hi, gorgeous, having a good time with the guy don't you? But you know what, I can give you more of a good time", he whispered in my ear while pressing me close to him

I suddenly pushed him back, " What the hell is wrong with you Noah, are you drunk or something?"

"Hey babes..... don't pretend like you don't need me", He again started coming close to me

"Dare you to come close to me Noah, else", I said while walking backwards until my back touched the wall.

"Else what love? What you gonna do, huh?", He caged me with his hands on either side of the wall, I looked at him in horror

"I, I'll, I'll shout.....", I replied with a shaky voice, I can feel the goosebumps on my skin

"Oh is that so? go ahead then", he dared me, his eyes showing lust and were hungry

He came closer and tried to kiss me

I tried to push him back, but his grip was so tight that I was helpless.

I closed my eyes and then

I heard some noises and opened my eyes

Mr Andrew grabbed Noah's collar, "dare you go close to her and I swear you will not live to see another morning", Mr Andrew yelled with anger rushing down his whole body

"Now, get lost, get lost", Mr Andrew barked in his face.

Noah chuckled lightly and looked at me "I am going but Luna remembers that this guy is having a past and no relationship can be built on lies," Noah spit, I can see the rage in his eyes. Is he right? I wanted to ask but I just can't

"Leave...", Mr Andrew yelled once again and this time loud enough that all people sitting outside must have listened to it

I was scared seeing his this angry face, he then come close to me and hugged me, "Shh...it's okay, no worries, he won't do this ever again", he soothed me with his sweet voice and words

I pulled back from the hug and looked at him, our faces were an inch apart.

"I told ya Miss Madison to be careful towards the random guys", He said in a low voice

I moved a little more close to his face and before I could place my lips on his, he pulled his face back

"No... I can't.....", he breathed harshly and left from there leaving me all alone and drove back alone, and told the driver to drop me back home.

My mind was spinning with the thoughts of what happened today

"I tried to kiss my boss Emma", I blurt

"You didn't try it, sweetie, it happened automatically...... I told ya that destiny is pre-written and so is the love of your life too. Just accept you are in love babes, well I need to go, max is home, bye", Emma call the night and cut down the call

I then questioned myself

Destiny is pre-written and so is my future love, Is Emma right? What if all this is true? And what was Noah talking about Mr Andrew's past and secret? What was all that?
And..... And......
Am I falling for my boss?
