PAUL (Thoughts in mind)

As I turned around to see her face, I got frozen for a second, those green eyes and silky wavy long black hair along with her beautiful pink lips and that dress....that dress, she was wearing just fit her so perfect, showing all her's beautiful body curves.

I suddenly then pushed away these thoughts to the back of my mind and started the meeting further.

"Yes Miss Luna, please have a seat" I gesture for her to take a seat in front of the desk, she hesitated a little before pulling the chair and settling down on it and kept the file on the table for me to proceed with the interview

LUNA

I hesitantly took the seat in front of him and kept my file on his table, I started biting my lower lip a habit which is common in most people when they are nervous, he grabbed my file and start flipping through the pages while he was busy in reading my professional life I could do nothing but to stare at his sharp features, his hand had two Sapphire rings which attracted me a lot, the black dial of his silver watch making his hands look sexier and for a second I got lost in my world of fantasy when he finally speak up and I was snapped out of my stupid yet steamy dream. Like really luna having sex with your boss not gonna suit you especially when you need a job

"It seems that you have a great experience in working for a big company like me but also I got to know that you got expelled from the last workplace, May I ask you the reason why miss Luna?" He says it all in his British accent which I didn't realise before, oh God Luna Focus.

I again bit my lower lip and start thinking of a valid answer because if see, my ex-boss was a jerk and he just can't tolerate a professional employee like me because what he believes in is that I wasn't capable of taking such a big responsibility.

"Oh come on, now, I don't have the whole day to waste on just one person I may sound rude to you but things here work in this way only, if you can speak in the next 5 minutes then great else please that's the door," he said it calmly but I can sense the tension arising in the room.

I widened my eyes at this and gathered myself together to come up with something anything

"Uh... Well" I cleared my throat, "I think my ex-colleagues were jealous of me" Mr Paul raised his bow at me and I mentally slapped myself for giving such an explanation which don't make any sense well it does make some sense but here sense doesn't work, wow Luna you are  such an idiot

"And why do you think so?" He asked

Uh... I pressed my lips together and sighed
"I just do"

"Hm interesting, okay let me get this straight why would someone like me hire you? what if you think that here too people are jealous of you or something which will not be the case and you just want to leave because see it's a contact base situation you have to no matter what complete at least 4 months here" He explained me everything and tried to reason out with me as well.

I won't disappoint you please sir only a chance," I pleaded with him because I don't know what else to do in a situation like this"

Paul chuckled at this and start standing up from his seat, "my company don't run on chances, I take risks where I can predict the future but I can't predict anything here, so it's useless and with this, your time is up" He rests both his hands on the table and for the first time we both make eye contact, "this answer is not enough Miss Madison so If you can excuse me now I have some important affairs to look after"
