"Why do you even keep this?" Benjy asked as he showed her the item in his hand. Benjy and his fiancée had come to help her pack her stuff, but Benjy's calling it a 'bonding experience', to which she told him to shut up.

"I like playing it," She told him, taking the violin from his hands and carefully packing it away. "And it's good to know how to play an instrument,"

"The good thing about moving is that I don't have to hear that anymore," Benjy grumbled.

"I put on a silencing charm!" Aurora protested.

"I could still feel when it was being played," He mockingly shivered. "Haunting,"

"Yeah right," Aurora snorted. "Where did Caradoc get to?"

"I'm here," A voice said. She turned around to see where it came from and saw Caradoc standing behind a pile of boxes.

"Oh, sorry," Aurora apologised and removed the boxes blocking his path.

"It's fine," Caradoc said, walking around and over to Benjy, kissing him on the cheek and then going to the bathroom.

"You look happy," She told her friend.

"I am. He makes me happy,"

"Ugh that's gross. Take your love somewhere else," She teased.

"Hmm, no thanks. You're just jealous you aren't getting this from Remus," He joked.

"Shut up Benjy," Aurora grumbled, turning back to pack some books into a box. "I definitely do not want that from Remus,"

"Hmm sure you don't. You definitely didn't like him during fourth year, or fifth, for that matter,"

"That was different. It was a harmless school girl crush. Now continue packing, we haven't got all day," She shooed him away with her hands.

Aurora continued picking up books until she found the one she had been looking for. It was the journal Remus had returned to her.

Flicking through the pages of the book, Aurora felt relieved. She was thankful that Remus hadn't looked any further than he had. She knew that the picture he saw was only the beginning of many.

Aurora sighed and flipped the page to the most recent drawing of him. It was dated nearly four weeks ago, when she had seen Remus again. She remembered drawing it that very night, unable to stop thinking. He looked different to the sketch before that, when they were in seventh year, but, the sketch was incomplete.

Aurora sighed yet again and threw the book into a random box, hoping to forget about it. She continued placing things into boxes until her and Benjy's apartment was nearly empty.

"Excited for living with The Marauders?" Benjy asked, wiggling his eyebrows up and down.

"As excited as I get about watching paint dry," She grumbled.

"Ah, yes. We all know that's you're favourite thing to do,"

Aurora looked around the apartment for a pillow to throw at him, but sadly there weren't any left that hadn't been packed. "Just so you know," She told him, "If there were a pillow here, it would be flying at your face,"

"Wouldn't expect any less," Benjy smiled and walked up to her, engulfing her in a hug.

"Shut up Benjy," She mumbled into his chest, and felt his laughter vibrate through his chest.

"Come on Sleeping Beauty, time to reunite you with your Prince Charming," Benjy said.

A few hours later, Aurora was in her new room, sitting next to Caradoc, watching as Benjy paced around the floor.

"Ugh, make him stop," Aurora whined to Caradoc. "He's making my head hurt,"

"There there Roro," Caradoc patted her head. "I think it's cute,"

"You think everything Benjy does is cute," She glared at her best friend's fiancée.

"Are you sure about this Rory?" Benjy asked, having finally stopped his ambush on her floor. "I mean, you don't like these guys five weeks ago, and now you're moving into their house? And don't get me started on the issues with your sister. This isn't going to end up well,"

Aurora sighed, flopping down on the bed. "Benjy. We talked about this. Right now, I just want my sister, and to try and get along with the friends of the man who is going to be my husband," She wrinkled her nose at the word 'husband'. "And I promise, that when it does come crashing and burning, I will show up at your house and live on your sofa until my dying breath,"

"I just-," Benjy started, moving to lay down beside her. "I don't want to see you get hurt. You're my best friend and I care about you,"

Aurora smiled at the boy. She knew Benjy was uncertain about all of this, but Aurora at least wanted to try; she didn't want to spend her life married to a man she hated, so if this made her like him more, she was definitely going to try. "Don't get all sappy on me now, Fenwick," She said, shoving his shoulder lightly.

"As if he could be anything except sappy," Caradoc laughed, causing Benjy's mouth to open and close like a fish as he searched for a rebuttal. Smiling, Caradoc held out his hand for Benjy to take, and pulled him up off the bed.

"We're going to go now, yeah? But don't forget to call," Benjy told her, leaning down and kissing her cheek.

"I'll be sure not to forget the good morning and good night texts," She grinned sarcastically.

"You'd better not," Benjy smiled, and lead his fiancée out of the room, leaving Aurora by herself.

What to do now.
