**Ikkaku's POV**

"Mama....?"

A small hollow like creature that also took on the form of a fox starred at all three of us only to focus its gaze towards the larger fox hollow. With the hollow distracted, Ichigo took his chance and cut the hollow.

Instead of fading away like most hollows, the white skin faded away, revealing Midori.

Midori fell to her knees after the last bit of the hollow skin disappeared. She opened her eyes slowly and immediately focused on the smaller hollow. She smiled gently, raising her arms up with tears in her eyes.

The smaller hollow ran towards her and jumped into her arms. "My little girl....." Midori looked up to me and I felt my eyes well up in tears as I ran towards my daughter and girlfriend, embracing them both in my own arms.

The little girl's hollow form started to fade, leaving us with a small infant, sleeping soundly in Midori's arms.

I placed a hand gently on Midori's cheek, she faced me while leaning into my touch. "I-I missed you....so much.....I'm sorry for not being able to protect you, Midori!"

All she did was smile, pulling away from my hand and handing me our little girl. As I took our little girl, I noticed that Midori's skin was translucent. I looked up at her in shock and fear. She placed a gentle hand on my cheek while whispering.

"I'll be waiting for you. Look for me."

She completely disappeared but said one last thing.

"I love you, Ikkaku"

**Ichigo's POV**

I held in my tears, knowing that my sister safely made it to the soul society and our next mission was to find her.

I walked towards Ikkaku and looked down at his crouching figure while he cradled my niece.

She was small, red curly hair, and a face of an angel. Ikkaku glanced up at me, large tears falling down his face as he pouted. I couldn't help but laugh awkwardly at Ikkaku's newfound weakness.

"Come on Ikkaku. Let's head back to the Soul Society and find my sister."

I started walking away from Ikkaku only to slightly turn back towards him "So are you going to marry my sister or not?" This question made Ikkaku freeze in place, this made me realize he hasn't even thought about it once.

--TIME SKIP TO THE SOUL SOCIETY AND FINDING MIDORI--

**Midori's POV**

I held Ikkaku's hand firmly while holding my new born daughter. Crevan and Hozukimaru also stood beside myself and Ikkaku. We were facing the Head Captain, Ikkaku requested that a home is built for our family and away from the Soul Society.

The Head Captain opened his eyes, sending a chill down my spin. "On one condition."

The room was silent as we held our breaths. Waiting for the condition.

The old man smiled brightly but also hopeful as he starred at the both of us "That little one calls me grandpa. I'm tired of being called just Captain."

The room fell silent as we starred at the Head Captain dumbfounded. "Uh....sure Head Captain. That doesn't bother me any. Midori?" Ikkaku turned to me and I couldn't help but burst out in laughter. "That's fine by me!"

The Head Captain released a hearty laugh, making us all join in.

We left the room and walked outside with our zanpakutos by our sides. "So what are you naming the little rascal?" Hozukimaru leaned down to my eye level only to get a closer look at the baby.

I smiled gently, looking at Ikkaku for approval. He nodded his head and I looked up at Crevan.

"Crevan, my dear zanpakuto, I would like to name her Mina if I have your permission."

Crevan starred at us in shock and immediately stopped in his tracks and got down on his knees. Bowing.

"I would be honored but....how did you find out?"

I smiled softly, handing my daughter to Ikkaku. I kneeled in front of Crevan, placing my hand on his shoulder. "The day you called me Mina by accident, I called my father right away and he explained your history more to me. He explained that this little girl had a flower birth mark on her right wrist and...."

Ikkaku showed off our daughter's wrist, a small flower birthmark graciously laid upon her right wrist. Crevan's eyes welled up, he brought his arm up to his eyes as he started to cry.

He wiped his tears away and stood back up, with me following up with him. "Mina....is a beautiful and fitting name for her, Midori."

I smiled, feeling overwhelmed with emotions, I jumped into Crevan while wrapping my arms around his neck. "Thank you so much"

There will more than likely be a bonus chapter. I haven't decided yet. But I hope everyone enjoyed this! I've been thinking of doing a book full of just the zanpakutos one shots or starting a Prince Sidon x reader.
