Little did I know she felt the same way,
But of course she'd never want to say,
She always tried to keep her problems at bay.

Little did I know, she kept her tears inside,
But of course she'd push her emotions aside,
She always tried to wait for things to subside.
But they never would.

Every time I picked up a blade,
Little did I know of the crimson lines she'd made,
But of course she'd never receive aid,
She tried, alone, to stop this escapade.
But she never could.

Every time I think of her,
I remember what we once were,
But the memories come back as a faded blur,
Of the happy girl with the bright future.
