Walking around the empty space of my mind,
I think of all the people I've left behind,
All the people that I've made upset,
All the things that I've come to regret.
But it's much easier to just give in,
To stop fighting and let my demons win.
Everyone is disappointed in me,
But to give this all up it's just not that easy...
You say that you love me and that you really care,
But all you do is push me deeper in despair.
If you truly loved me then maybe you would see,
That there is no defeating the darkness within me...
