Chapter 12

Yua's POV
I slowly opened my eyes, only to meet  a familiar ceiling infront of me. Why am I here in my room? My eyes widened remembering that I lost control again making me hurriedly stand up only to feel an imense pain in shoulder and waist. I gently rubbed the part wher I felt the pain and felt a bandage wrapped around it. I can't remember anything on what happened last night. The thing that I only remember is Kyojuro hugged me before I passed out again.

Is everyone okay? I then gently raised up while slowly walking outside. I placed my hand in the wall for support in walking, I want to make sure no one was hurt because of me. Someone suddenly bumped me making me yelp but a pair of strong hands was wrapped around me making me raise my head and saw Kyojuro who is smiling widely.

" Why are you not laying down? You should rest." He said with worried voice, I didn't said anything and started checking for wounds around him but didn't find any making me sigh in relief. I'm happy I didn't hurt him. I gasped when he gently carried me bridal style and started walking making me blush so hard.

" K-kyojuro I can walk! Put me down." I said while moving for him to put me down but he chuckled and stopped making me face him.

" I knew you can walk, but I knew you're also in pain." He said making me just shut my mouth and let him carry me. Well he had a point, the wound in my waist is painful but I can bear it. The two of us arrived in my room as he gently placed me down in my futon. I should asked him what happened last night.

" A demon boy appeared last night and he calmed you down." Before I open my mouth to ask, Kyojuro spoke making me face him. A demon boy? My eyes widened a little, so Yushiro came to stop me despite knowing that there are lots of demon slayer around him.

" Did I hurt someone?" I asked while clenching my hand, Kyojuro then sat beside me before giving a warm smile and cupped my face.

" No you didn't, no one was hurt." He said making me sigh in relief as tears fell down in my eyes. I'm happy no one was hurt because of me again.
" Also the demon who helped you told us that Muzan's control will be totally suppressed. It means that you will not lose your control again."

Hearing Kyojuro told me everything maked me happy, even if Muzan's blood was still in me as long as he will not control me I'm fine with it. I will do whatever I want again, I'm free at his hands and I'm not going hurt someone again. Now that Muzan's control is totally suppressed, I'm not afraid of facing him. I'll defeat him together with everyone to atone for my sins.

" Sorry." Kyojuro suddenly apologized making me confusedly faced him. His eyes showed sad and guilty expression making me cupped his head as I look unto his eyes. I smiled warmly before pulling away, I can feel my heart beating fastly at what I did.

" Don't be sorry because you didn't protected me from getting hurt. I'm happy that I didn't hurt you." I said making him just sighed before smiling and nod his head.

" Before I forget, that demon boy mentioned about the box your mother gave to you."

" He told that to you?" I asked making him nod, I didn't said anything but just nod my head. Why does Yushiro want me to open the box mother gave to me? Is there something that I need to know? I just sighed before leaning my head towards the wall and stared at the ceiling. The two of us didn't talk but it's not an uncomfortable silence

" Yua." The silent atmosphere then broke when Kyojuro spoke making me face him, he was staring at me seriously with a smile on his face. My heart started beating fastly when I saw how serious he is. Is he mad on something? Or did I do something that made him angry? " I wanted to keep this feelings for a while but I can't."

" What are you talking about Kyojuro?"

" Remember the time we met at Asakusa?" He asked making me nod with a smile. How can I forget the time we met? " The truth is, I went there to see you Yua." I didn't said anything but stared at him with confused look.
