Liam's POV

I shouldn't have yelled at her that way. I should've stayed calm and accepted her advice.

I rifle through some draws and pull out my old notebook, ripping out the piece of paper I need.

I grab my coat, shove the paper in the pocket and step out into the night air. It's really cold out here, and it makes me wonder how she made it all the way to my home without freezing. It makes more sense that she was that cold now.

Do I ever know where to go to find her? She could be anywhere.

"Think, Liam. Think," I mutter to myself, "Where do broken hearts go?"

My head snaps up from looking at the cold, gravelly earth and I know exactly where she is.

I push the extensions of my heart against the road, and move my feet forward.

When the small park comes into view, I see a silhouette, and I know it's her by her small frame.

As I walk up behind her, I startle her and she turns around to hit me.

I grab her hand before she can and put it on my cheek.

"It's just me sweetheart," I say. I know I only started talking to her a few days ago, but I can't control what I do or say around her.

"Liam I-"

I cut her off by kissing her again.

"Sit down and listen," I say pulling her back to the bench.

As she sits down, I pull out the piece of paper and read her the song I wrote about her ages ago, before I even knew her name.
