Chapter 21

I couldn't believe what just happened Luffy made it to us... HE MADE IT!

Ace pov *a couple minutes before*

The vice-admiral attacked Luffy again as Luffy tried to go into Second Gear, but didn't have enough strength.

Ace slammed his forehead onto the platform again as he clenched his teeth tightly; he didn't want anyone to fight and die for him, yet here he has to watch as his little brother and everyone, fighting for him! For Mizuki!

"Dammit," I said my voice cracking. "Dammit! What's wrong with me? This isn't the time to...The old man, my brother, my crew are falling and yet I'm so happy." I confessed as tears poured down my face. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Mizuki giving a small smile at me.

"My tears won't stop." I said shaking my head. "Even now that it's come to this...I want to live... I want to live! With Oyaji, Luffy, and my crew!...... AND WITH THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!"

I looked at Garp seeing him struggled in pain as he listened to me, his grandson.

Mizuki screamed, it made my blood boil, why.... Why couldn't I protect you? I looked at her, her face framed by her hair she gulped taking a deep breathe. "SAVE ME, TAKE ME TO SEA, I WANT TO SEE.... YOU....LUFFY BECOME PIRATE KING!" My eyes widen as Luffy stands there and nods. "Ace..." I look to Mizuki as she shook, "Please don't.... Don't leave me...." From that moment everything was clear I... I needed to save her, save us.

"We're coming! ACE... MIZUKIII!" I look up at Luffy and smile only to look next to me and growl trying to get out of my restraints.

I struggled, my angry boiled "Stay still you wrench!" I watched as Garp jumped up and ran over to them.m"Gah stop being annoying brat!" Garp punched her and grabbed her holding Mizuki down.

"die with honour scum." I watched as she spat at the Marin and glared.

I glared at the marines only to watch as they raised there swords. "Scum you say?" The marine slapped her and pushed her head down.

I searched for Luffy to see how close he was, "Lu...Luffy!" I yelled shocked to see him on this side of the wall. I look back to Mizuki in worry. Not paying attention to the people around me.

"Give Ace and Mizuki back!" Luffy yelled as he spun and threw a broken mast at the admirals.

Luffy jumped back as Aokiji froze the mast and sent it back to Luffy as he rapidly kicked the mast apart.

Luffy jumped passed the admirals as he darted for the platform. Aokiji jumped in front of him and kicked him to the ground crashing into a building.

"On my mark!" Sengoku said making Luffy look up quickly. "Do it!" I watched Mizuki in horror as they brought the swords down.

"DIE YOU PATHETIC SCUM!"

"NOOOO!" I screamed pulling out to her.

"I'm sorry Luffy...Ace." Tears slip down my face.

*SLICE*

"STOP IT!" Luffy yelled as haki flew out of his body and around the battlefield, knocking out marines and pirates alike, including the guards who were about to execute Mizuki.

Mizuki pov

I watched as Inazuma ran by cutting the stone floor in doing so; Luffy ran up the make shift bridge.

"Here we come, Ace! Mizuki!" Luffy yelled up happily.

Garp shot through the bridge and went to punch Luffy. I watched as Garp stared at Luffy and started to walk towards his grandson.
