**Time for another short chapter :( sorry. Hope its good even though its not long

Rain was hissing like an angry cat, while tendrils of lightning were the only light, and thunder the only sound. A deluge like this was rare, luckily, due to the ferocity of the tempest. Trees bowed and snapped their backs, peaceful waters turned sinister, and the sea coast rose to the first house at it's shore. The wind was strong enough to fight back against those who dared walk into it, and shove those who followed it to the muddy ground.

Only one soul was brave or mad enough to set off during the huricane. A figure who's movements were swift, even in the storm, and who's black, ragged cloak concealed them from anyone wishing to know their identity. The disguised person clung to the trail they followed, a narrow pass to a destination that never seemed to come. Their trek would end in a place they did not know. The only thought that was known was that there was a witch that resided in a cursed grove, only seen by those the mage had invited.

"You must be desperate, coming to me for help" a blunt voice muttered from the darkness. "Though you do have a way of finding desperation, no?" The source of the voice solidified along with a large cavern while the cloaked figure stood at the end of the path.

"War" they muttered, almost silenced by the furious winds. "I need a favor"

"Ah, I always love when you bargain with me. What is it you want, Princess?" The witch mused, entering her cave along with the stranger.

"A dragon" She -as the figure became known as a female- said flatly.

"And how much will you promise me?"

"A girl"

"Hardly seems fair"

"The princess of another kingdom. That is all the information you will get from me, hag"

"And what use could I have of her?"

"Black blood"

"Ah! And she is not yet a woman?"

"No"

"Dear friend, I accept. Black blood in young'uns is so hard to come by. And just how did this princess fall dark?"

"I need a dragon" the cloaked female presisted.

"And you shall recieve. A fire drake? A wyrm? A wavryn?" The witch licked her lips, her dirty clothing shifting with hollow clicking noises as she circled the female, who did not allow the witch to see her face.

"A white drake"

"Planning a funeral, Princess? For whom?"

"That is no concern of yours" the female snapped.

"Seems my pets are not the only ones with fire. Where did my frightened little Princess go? I rather enjoyed it when you hid in fear"

"She is dead, hag. I have grown since those times"

"It would seem" the witch mused with a voice like the snarl of fire. The witch shuffled to the mouth of the cave, muttering words to herself before the sky boomed with a roar. The cloaked figure stepped out of the cavern, standing beside the dirty witch. A dragon was coming to land in front of them, scales as thick as a pannel of timber, and more dull than a chunk of sediment. The hide was decorated with battle scars, and that, along with the size of the beast, was evidence it was mature and aggressive. Devilish horns shot from the monster's head and spine, bat wings were folded behind it, smoke esaped throuth its nostrils and maw, while red eyes stared the two women down. The creature began to glow, a bright white light outlined the scales of the monster, starting from it's belly and expanding until it was glowing white and radiating intense heat. The demon lifted its head, its under-jaw broke away from the upper part of the mouth, so an inferno of white and blue flames could burst out of it's throat.

"I have a task for you..." The woman smiled under her hood.

**Ta da! The ending is a little cliche but whatever. Hope you all liked this
