Chapter ➊➍: Field Trip to Callum's Long Lost Siblings

~Felicity Lane~

"I don't want you to hate me, Felicity," he said.

"Okay?"

He smiled wryly. "That's all you have to say?"

I looked into his eyes, the hazel hue in them was amazing. The way they'd change colors if he moved. It reminded me of the 3D cards. You know? The ones that moved when you tilt them?

"Uh..."

He chuckled and shook his head.

"You're so dense. You know that?" he said.

"Hey!"

He let go of the armrests of my chair and pushed himself off. He smirked at me.

"Hey, it's true," he said.

I frowned. I was not dense. I know what people feel...

I think.

"It's not!" I argued.

"Keep telling yourself that, Fluffy," he snorted.

"Stop calling me Fluffy!" I demanded, stomping my foot on the floor.

He snorted. "You're everything but fierce, Fluffy. You are fluffy," he said, smirking at me.

I gaped at him. "You're such a douche!"

I stood up and slapped his arm continuously.

He tried to block my hands. But he was laughing at me.

"Ey, the truth hurts, Fluffy," he said.

I slapped him harder.

"Why am I so dense? Answer or I'll slap you more," I threatened him while slapping him some more.

He grabbed my wrists to prevent me from hitting him.

"You call that a slap?" He snorted.

I glared at him. Wishing that his mouth would just zipper up.

He smirked at me. And all I could do was stare.

Okay so maybe Callum is a little bit attractive.

But I wasn't going to raise his ego by telling him that.

"I hate you," I said.

"That's getting old," he said.

I stuck my tongue out at him. Callum was a handsome jerk. I hate him.

Even though he's attractive?

I hate him.

The cretin was smirking at me, as if he knew just what I was thinking. I looked at him and scowled.

Moron thinks he knows everything.

I wriggled out of his grip. "Can I go home?"

He scrunched his nose. "Don't you and Quinn stay overnight here, sometimes?"

Scrunching his nose seemed to fit him. He looked like a cute puppy.

Okay so maybe I did have a small infatuation towards Callum, nothing that would vanish in a few days.

"No. We come here to have a study group. Not sleepovers," I said.

That's a lie. I told him that because I have a feeling that if I tell him that we do sleepover sometimes, he wouldn't let me go home.
