Introduction
It was getting dark out as the man rushed to the temple. He bursted through the door and shock took over him. All the people inside were charred and dead. He slowly made his way over to his motionless wife.
"Honey please wake up" he begged. She did not respond but he saw movement in the corner of the room. There was a white wolf engulfed in blue flames with a child on its back. She was merely an infant.
The girl had short pink hair and wore a black dress. Her eyes were as red as blood and her fangs as sharp as those of a tiger. The man approached the wolf but recoiled when it started to snarl. The baby giggled in delight.
The man knew he needed to at least save the child.
"Do not fear sir. For I am not in trouble. Do not save me. I suggest running for your life as an alternate goal" a voice said. He realized she could speak telepathically and ran out the door. He turned and swerved through the streets until he came to the base of the mountain.
"Weak human. You do not deserve to be in my presence" the wolf growled. The man quivered in fear and closed his eyes. There was a snap and then only the color of red.
