Chapter 11

Niall's POV

She forgave me.

That was easier than I expected.

We continued kissing until she broke the kiss.

" I may have forgiven you but I still don't know where our relationship stands" she says with her hands on her hips

Those curvy hips..

" Niall?" She snaps catching me out of my daze

" Sorry.. I was thinking of something" I say

Yeah her hips...

" Alex..." I trail off walking towards her

Our bodies touching and I nuzzle into her neck

" What?" She questions

" You" I say kissing her shoulder

" Should" I say kissing her neck

" be my girlfriend" I finishing off by kissing her cheek

" Alright" she says but I know she's smiling

We stand there in silence but it isn't awkward.

" How about I take you out tonight" I say kissing her neck

" That would be nice" she says

" We should head back in so that nosey receptionist doesn't bombard us with questions" I say sarcastically

" Hey! She's like a mom to me!" she says nudging my shoulder

" I bet your mom isn't as nosey as her! But hey, when do I get to meet this lovely lady?" I ask smiling

Her smile fades.

My smile fades.

Why isn't she smiling?

Why didn't she respond?

Did I do something?

" I'm gonna get a soda. I'll be right back"she says with a slight smile

I defiantly did something wrong.

Fuck.

Alex's POV

Yeah.

The " memories" came back.

But the past is the past and I'm better without her.

But why is there a pang of hurt in my chest.

As I grab a soda from the fridge I walk back towards where I left Niall when I feel a hand grab my wrist.

It's Sherri.

" So how's lover boy? I do look through windows you know" she says with a smirk

" You did not see-" I begin

" I went to every window so I saw every movement Alex" she says laughing

" Sherri!" I lightly hit her arm

" I was nosey! Plus your dad almost saw you guys so you should thank me" her tone turns more serious

" Was he trying to find me?" I ask

" Yeah, he wanted to tell you there's a dinner party at y'all's house Thursday night" she says

" Great" I moan

" Well.. I better let you get back to lover boy" she says with a wink

I just roll my eyes

I approach Niall and he is just leaned against the wall on his phone.

" Hey, I'm gonna go home. I'm tired and I have homework" I say crossing my arms

" Oh o-okay" he stutters

" Bye" he kisses my cheek

" Bye" I say smiling widely

I get home and I immediately do my homework that took 2 hours long.

That was dreadful.

My phone pops up and I see that I got a message from Niall.

Niall:

I'm gonna pick you up in a hour. Sound good? Dress sorta fancy I guess.x

fancy?

I decide to wear a snug black lace dress that is mid thigh length with black heels.

I decide to just put on foundation with mascara and eye liner.

Niall should be here in 5 minutes which leaves me no time to actually do things.

I suddenly get a message from Keirstyn

Keirstyn:

Hey! What's up?

Me: About to go on a date with Niall lol

Keirstyn: oooh lala

Suddenly I hear a knock on the door and I hurry to make sure my dad doesn't come to the door.

Me:

I have to go. Bye:)

After sending the text I decide to open the door to find a gorgeous sight.

I find Niall wearing a navy blue button down shirt with dark wash jeans.

" Hey babe" he says and that damn accent makes it sound 10000 times sexier

" Hey there" I say eyeing him up and down

He just smirks and grabs my hand.

He opens the door for me and soon we are driving away from my house.

" So babe" he says putting his hand on my thigh

I immediately heat up.

" Yes?" I squeak

" How was homework?" He asks

" It was okay I guess" I say

" So I heard somebody has a birthday coming up soon" he smirks

" Yeah" I say grabbing his hand

" I have planned out your present" he says

" Planned out?" I ask

" Yes planned out" he says

What does that mean...

" I think you'll like it a lot.." He trails off

" What is it?" I ask raising a brow

" Let's just say it has to do with me.." He says moving his hand back to my thigh rubbing circles

For the rest of the car ride it's silence but I know that Niall is just smirking because he got to me.

I'm lost in though until Niall whispers in my ear.

" Babe, we're here" he whispers and kisses me behind my ear
