Chapter 19

After Keirstyn told me that Alex might love me I can't help but picture us together.

Our relationship since day 1 has been off and on and I can still remember when I first met eye contact with her.

That was one of the best days of my life.

As Alex's friends are sitting in the uncomfortable chairs and I'm standing by the door and the doctor soon comes in.

"Is she still sleeping?" the doctor asks

"Yes. Shouldn't she be up by now?" Nick asks

"Well, we gave her some meds that will make her tired and she did get into a pretty serious car accident" the doctor says

Suddenly Alex wakes up.

"I'm hungry" she says with a lazy smile

I walk to her and I soon grab her hand.

"What do you want to eat?" I ask

"Uhh..." she says trailing off

"We can go find you some breakfast" Keirstyn says

Soon my mom walks in.

"Niall, I have to go my book club. Your father is picking me up since I don't have my car! Love you!" my mom says but runs out

"She seems nice" Alex says

"She is" I say still holding her hand

Soon she winces. I would hate to have broken bones and a sprained ankle.

"Are you okay?" I ask

"Everything hurts" she says

"I'm sorry baby" I say

She just looks at me for a moment.

"We need to talk" she says

Please make this have a good outcome...

"If it's about the party then I need to tell you the whole stor-" I begin but she cuts me off

"Niall...you made me cry..." she says looking at the floor

"Alex, I had a couple of drinks and so I decided to sit down. Then that girl was trying to come onto me and I said I wasn't interested" I say

She's still not looking at me

"Alex I care about you so much. A lot actually and I'm actually deeply in-" I say but the door opens

"They said that I can check you out now Alex" her dad says smiling

"I'll get dressed" she says

Soon her dad closes the door

"I need to get dress.. so can you like leave the room for a moment" she says with a slight laugh

"Yeah sure" I say walking to the door

But I wanted to stay..

After thinking about my thoughts of if I actually stayed in the room while she was changing I was soon interrupted by the door opening and seeing Alex on crutches.

She's still in her hospital gown.

"I need help" she says while blushing

"Okay" I say stepping into her direction

"I can just have a nurse help me.." she trails off

We don't need a nurse. I can do this and I want to do this.

"Alex, nothing is gonna happen" I say

Soon I have stepped into her room.

"Do you wanna start with your shorts or shirt?" I ask
