Something that I find that helps me with the cramps is taking one of those protein bars(preferably ones with chocolate chips) and microwave it for like 15-30 seconds. It taste real good! And since you're on your period just about everything with chocolate taste good.

The middle one was my favorite because the chocolate chips melted in your mouth—just like a real cookie!

The one on the left was pretty good. Not exactly brownie worthy, but it was better than the fiber one bar.

The left one was Kirkland Signature Protein Bar: Chocolate Brownie.

The middle was Kirkland Signature Protein Bar: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

The right was Fiber One Bar: Oats and Chocolate.

Normally I don't like them, but I want like 'mmmmm, chocolate' and I melted them.

Also does anyone else feel very hungry on their first day, because of cramps? Or is it just me?
